Very dirty in the room, a lot of dust everywhere, everything is old, no kettle, no safe in a 4 star hotel....it's strange. Very noisy. Sleepers are for extra pay. Wifi is very poor, I had to work, but sometimes it was difficult.

Spa is rather good. Restaurant is expensive but tasty. Breakfast is normal, but it could be better.

1) Every day we had to make an appointment at the reception for a specific breakfast time. It was completely inconvenient and definitely restricted our stay at the hotel. When I'm on vacation, I don't want to follow any schedules. I prefer to sleep as much as my body wants. And at any time when I'm ready, go to breakfast, and not set the alarm for a specific time. 2) On the second day, we went to the SPA, but were surprised to find that the hotel maids had run out of baby bathrobes. Our 9-year-old daughter was very upset to learn that she would have to wear a bathrobe for an adult (it was a huge size for her). 3) A very complicated confusing maze from the entrance of the locker room to the exit to the pools.

1) A good breakfast. 2) Cool aqua slides. 3) There's a lot of space for cars in the parking lot. 4) Dog-friendly approach at the hotel: special thanks for the gift for our puppy :)

Too much people in the SPA area, the women washing room and toilets should have been cleaner.

The pool and sauna facility was way above expectations, the kids didn't want to leave. The room we were in was a slightly older renovation, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a huge selection and was fantastic.

So little play area for the kids. You have to purchase slippers and no electric kettle inside the room. We could not use the fridge because it needs a key. This is the first time we experienced like this in an expensive hotel.

Sofa-beds could be more comfortable, in my opinion.

Nice place for a family holiday. We enjoyed it there with 2 little kids. Pool and other facilities for the kids made our holiday nice and easy. We had our meals at the hotel. Food was nice.

Poor number of staff to prepare meals at the restaurant in the evening.

It was amazing swimming pool providing fun activities and facilities for kids. Also for adults enjoying the spa, saunas, external pool and aqua gym session.

All was good. The view was on the parking place but well we came to enjoy the pool.

The room at first felt little bit cool, there was no option to change room temperature. You can hear the neighbours passing by the room, but it wasn't too much disturbing. The most unnecessary thing was a one key that needed to be used to lock the shelf and the fridge that was inside. So everytime we used the fridge, we needed to unlock/lock both of those with the same key. Wasting time and patience 😀 Also the slippers wasn't included in the room, so we needed to go barefoot to the spa. But that's fine I guess.

Very nice spa and delicious breakfast, so many foods to choose from. Good location and good restaurants options inside the hotel. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Also room was pet friendly and hotel gave our dog a gift bag, which was super sweet. We had a great time enjoying spa with our family. Our son really liked kids pool and all the pool safety gear.
