Room was a bit cold and we couldn’t turn the heating on. Told staff and we were given an extra duvet for the second night, which was perfect.

Really good breakfast and a lot of choice even a lot of lactose free and vegan options.

No kettle provided in the room — extra charge of 5 Euro for a kettle for one night’s stay was quite excessive.

A comfortable and stylish hotel. The restaurant was truly wonderful, with excellent dinner and very good breakfast options.

This is a hotel with modern design and central location. The room was very clean, well decorated, and had smart lighting. The breakfast was good too. Checkout was fast when you can simply leave the room card in a box. Parking was full but we managed to find another parking nearby. In general I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was a good size and very comfortable. Bathroom was great with a bath and underfloor heating. Breakfast had a wide range of options - both hot and cold - and although very busy, there was plenty of food available. Location was great, five minutes walk from the station and main sights.

There was no kettle or tea making facilities in the room. Only filter coffee was included in the breakfast buffet, anything else (like a cappuccino or an espresso) was charged extra.

A comfortable and modern hotel set right in the centre of Helsinki. The double room was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The room was extremely quiet so we slept very well. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good with many options of tasty food.

Located near heart of city. Easy to get around by Tram and on foot. Easy to get to Olympia Ferry Terminal by Tram.

Amazing place to stay during your visit in Helsinki. Everything was great and without any stress. Got robe and slippers for sauna, which was very nice. All facilities are top notch, including breakfast, one of the best i had in many many stays around Europe.

The one lady who checked us in was great, very accommodating and allowed us a late check out till 14:00 and said we could pay 10 Euro per hour if we wished to stay longer. This was after already paying for 2 nights despite arriving only a few hours earlier for check in on our 2nd day as we had an early flight. So we went to arrange the additional hours with another lady, willing to pay, but she was less accommodating and came across very disinterested and said it wasn’t possible. Was a little annoying as this was the last interaction we had with the hotel that was otherwise pretty much perfect up until that point.

We had a great corner room 619, we looked over the neighbouring rooftops. Large room, great bathroom, comfy bed. The hotel also had a nice sauna and gym complex. The breakfast was fabulous!

We had a long trip to reach this hotel. I was very desperate to get a drink when we arrived. There was no kettle in the room unless we paid extra and not even a free glass of water from reception. I then went to take a shower and realised there was no shampoo in the room and only a small amount of shower gel. This did however get rectified very quickly. A free glass of water would be a great improvement. After all the first thing I do when I have a guest in my home is to offer them a drink.

Very varied breakfast, no pressure to complete. The space and quietness was very relaxing. The hotel and room were very nicely appointed and stylish. We appreciated the clever use of smart lighting to reduce the energy consumption.

Amazing room, absolute luxury. The receptionist was fantastic and happy and friendly. Not one bad word to say about this place. Breakfast was good, lots of variety, and baggage storage was a great help!
