You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A big, comfortable room with a big bathroom. Good breakfast. Extremely helpful and nice reception staff. Scandic standard quality, very welcome in the cold of winter in Kemi.

FinlandWe booked room with queen/king bed for two but got a room with two single beds. The room temperature must have been more than +30 degrees Celsius and there was no air conditioning other than a portable fan. Only option to cool the room was to open the window fully and place the fan on the window to blow in cool air in but we didn't want to leave the window fully open for whole night so the effect of the fan died down as soon as we fell asleep. It was the sweatiest and the worst night in a hotel bed that I've spent in my life because it only got worse towards the morning with the heat increasing.
Location was good, the staff was mainly friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

GreeceThe quality and variety of food was poor. There was no good heating in the rooms. The bathroom in one room was not clean, there was a lot of dust in the dryer. At the Christmas dinner, they ran out of some of the main food and guests waited at least 20 minutes to bring back more.
