The hotel is stunning, very unique and different! The location was good, as it was a short walk to the city centre and close to many major attractions. We got breakfast included in our stay and I am so glad we did! I don't think I've ever had a better hotel buffet breakfast; the selection and quality of the food was unreal! We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable, spacious and clean, modern room. Great location - can easily walk to main sites or get public transport right outside the hotel. Staff were lovely and provided luggage storage facilities before check in and after check out.

Needed to ask for the liquid soap to be refilled. Conditioner on the bathroom wall hadn’t been cleaned off. Hot chocolates in room weren’t replenished in following days.

Breakfast was amazing. Great selection and lots of it. Very happy with the choices that catered to many different diets.

Breakfast time was very busy, it was difficult to get a table. The hotel has a policy of light cleaning (if you want a full cleaning you have to request it), but with the light cleaning just a set of towels was left in the room, the beds were not made. When we left, we found a bottle of hand sanitizer under the bed, which was not ours

Location is great, in the center of Helsinki. Breakfast is also great, with many options in different stations. The room was big enough for a family of 2 adults and 2 children

For the type of stay we had and the time of year this was the perfect central location to reach everything mostly by walking short distances. We requested certain amenities in our room and they went out of their way to provide those. When we didn't like the view of our room they upgraded us without extra cost (which they didn't have to do).

Very central location in the heart of the city. Very large and delicious breakfast buffet. Nice rooms with spacious bathroom. Very friendly staff Great Christmas kids activity idea!

We initially got a room in the West Wing which is the old section of the hotel. The room was very far from reception, we had to use an old scary elevator and the room was dark and felt unclean. We asked the reception if we could change to a room closer to reception and the staff was very accommodating and upgraded us with a small fee (so worth it in my opinion). Breakfast gets very busy and rather chaotic. There are a couple of DIY sections (juice bar, coffee and waffle bar) which gets busy as people take their time.

Location is great. The room we ended up staying in was clean, spacious, cozy and comfortable.

Reception area has quite limited space to sit in.

Breakfast is perfect, lots of variety of foods (there is waffle, omelette, make your own fruit juice). Room was spacious although there is no window. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the tram, central station, and other shops/malls. The hotel is in a central location.

There is a wing of the hotel which is separate and quite different. You have to walk quite a long way to reach your room.

Breakfast was really good as well as the overall hotel design. The location is fantastic for a tourist stay.

Only one thing, we would have liked the tea and coffee replenished in the room for our second day.

Amazing breakfast! There was so much choice, the kids loved the waffle maker and I loved the variety and choice of food available.
