We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FinlandAs with many Scandic hotels, the air conditioning unit was a noisy hum all theough the night which could not be switched off. I also tire of the 'bath or shower' option on this site, playing roulette as to whether I can have a room suiting my wishes until I'm at the hotel. In this case my preference of a bath tub was unfulfilled. The either-or option is a cop-out annoyance & I won't be choosing such hotels in future with this.
Location, staff, cleanliness & facilities were all great! The room had a nice balcony and was dark enough. Nowadays the breakfasts have actual change with far more plant-based & options, not just leaflets on tables advertising as in the past, but real food option changes with it.

Great stuff and presentation. Upon checking the room was found to be not cleaned. It was late at night and dinner was already ordered prior to going to the room. Once staff was advise of the situation be rectified it by placing me in another room the very next day, which was an upgrade to a suite plus that same evening they gave me the opportunity of having dinner on the house, I’d like to thank Victoria, who was a great help and great professionalism was displayed by her

Welcoming staff is what makes the first impression. Tidy, newly equipped room with super cosy beds. Perfect location in the center of the city, just 5 minutes walk from the Saima lake embankment. Breakfast is fresh and healthy with lots of variations.
