Our room was located a bit in a bit difficult place where you had to take two different elevators and walk around the whole hotel to get there. Nothing too bothering but not too easy to get there. There were not enough tables at the breakfast so we had to sit at the reception right next to the main entrande door. It was quite chilly when there were -20 C outside.

The room was tiny but cosy and stylish at the same time, nothing unnecessary but everything you need. It was really quiet and the bed was good, we slept very well. The room was also ready earlier than at 3pm - we could check in already after 1pm! The breakfast had lots of options even for vegans, one of the best breakfast buffés I’ve had.

The air-conditioner gave weird noises even when switched off. The restaurant had only one waiter in the beginning, service was somewhat slow until the 2nd waiter arrivved.

The "Superior-perhehuone" we had an awesome bathroom. Normally I don't like dark / too stylish bathrooms, but this was tastefully dark-tiled. Had a jacuzzi for two as well as a small Finnish sauna. Had a very pleasant evening / night there. Had to leave before the breakfast was open, but the staff provided us with packed sandwiches, also in dairy-free version. Restaurant: tried the chanterelle soup and the smoked salmon, both were nice.

It's an ok hotel, but it depends which part of your room is. The newer part of the building is great, the room was spacious and modern. On the other hand the room in the older part was badly outdated. The breakfast was average. The reception staff was excellent and professional.

I had to sleep on the sofa bed which was NOT comfortable at all. Add another thin mattress on top and it would have been no problem, but this was not okay for the price I paid. The other beds were perfectly fine.

Great location, lovely big room with a personality, nice breakfast, and the kids loved the jacuzzi and sauna in our room.

Vegan options at the breakfast where so poor.You will answer to me but we have a dedicate vegan section. Yes with cornflakes and cereals .Your vegan cheese was there for ever stinky and dried out.Was one slice left from some imported and very bad quality seitan( there are so many Finnish brands you can choose form with high quality ) The falafel where too spicy and I dont think anyone eat falafel for breakfast. No vegan meat balls no vegan sausages in few words the breakfast for the meat eaters had unlimited option for protein but the vegan as I said was very poor. I asked the lady that was lady waiter about the vegan options she told me you can read the labels( the letters where so small that I had really to lift it and bring it near to me to be able to read it and I dont need glasses) She show me the hummus and I told her this is so old ,she told me no we fresh we make it daily. If you want I can post the photo with your dried hummus. Also the waiter was wearing a very strong perfume.I mean is good to smell good but this was overwhelming.

I like the service provided from the lady at the reception.She was exceptional good, polite and very professional. The room was big ,Shiny clean, the bed was super comfortable and the sound isolation top quality you couldn't hear any noise,I had a great nigh sleep better that home.

Breakfast wasn’t speacial but good enough.

Great location & space to park your car. Clean & well decorated room. Reception was great, sauna and jacuzzi made our stay really relaxing. Our dog was happy about little gifts too.

The room was VERY hard to find. You had to first take one elevator up and then walk through several corridors to get to a second one that went up to the upper floors. If you took the stairs you were locked out and had to walk back up to wait for the elevator to go back down to the other elevator. The doors in the corridors were also very heavy and would not stay open at all. It was a massive hassle with lots of luggage late at night. Also parking was 10 euros and there was barely any spots.

First things first, maybe the best hotel breakfast in a long time! The double room had a very comfortable bed, and the room was very clean and fresh and seemed newly renovated. However at other stays we noticed the older rooms are not at all as comfortable and fresh so it really depends on the room you get!

The hotel doesn't have hardly any space to hang out except for the room, which made having a work call inside the hotel very complicated - there's a tiny space in the reception which is very loud, and the rest of the area is just hotel restaurant seating, which during breakfast is loud and crowded. The staff were quite grim, but that's expected from a Finnish hotel. Prices are expensive, as are standard in Finland as well.

We booked the big room with a sauna, it also had a jacuzzi, which was a nice surprise. The old building of the hotel itself is very nice.

We didn’t get towels and when we asked for them, we were said that they’d be sent right away to our room. We waited 45 minutes and nothing. So we had to go through several floors to find the trolley and took some ourselves. The lobby and restaurant seriously need some renovations. It looks super old and it looked a bit dirty as well.

Our bedroom was just renovated and everything looked awesome! The decoration is lovely, the bathroom is nice and spacious. All the equipments in the bedroom worked well and were of good quality.

The air conditioning in the old section was so loud I could not sleep + was a long, confusing walk from the elevator to get to my room! Called reception at 1:30 AM and they very graciously changed my room to the modern section (the glass tower). Even though the A/C could not be switched off at all, the noise level was a lot better + had a great view of the city whereas in the old section, there was none (very high windows). The mattress and pillows were not so comfortable though. A little too hard for my taste.

Fabulous location, walking distance from the railway station (3 minutes!), all the stores (3 minutes!) and interesting locations to visit (churches, museums, restaurants, seaside, library....). Beautiful, spacious bathroom. Clean room. Very pleasant and helpful staff speaking perfect english. Great breakfast (included). Until 11 AM! Excellent dinner. Amazing security (had to show 5 times my key to get to my room!). Free Wifi :-) Reasonable price.
