The bathroom was a bit old, kitchen lacked some basic utensils.

Location is superb, very easy to get to the downtown of Helsinki. They were doing some construction work so it was a bit of a hazzle to get by with the car. The neighborhood looked a bit old, with 80s concrete buildings, but the people were very nice and friendly, it was really peaceful and nice there.

Location is the best and walked to center around 20mins. Near by market and metro and easy go everywhere.

It was a litte bit dusty on the corners of the room, tops of the kitchen cabinet and the bathroom cubboard top.

Roadworks in the vicitity so a small detour needed to reach the centre but a new pedestrian bridge is being built.

These days there is a big construction in progress, so there is no way to reach the city center on foot (we used a car). Was a bit cold in the apartment, and no heating facilities were found. The bathroom and washing amenities demand renovation.

Nice apartment 7 min away from the city center by car. Parking is complimentary, all you need for living is in there.

The apartment is more like a studio. Do not have check in entry code after 10pm. We arrived after 10 and had to wait until someone went out of the building to get in and have the keys.

Walking distance from the city. Clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Nice view. Secure parking.

arrived after the time we said we would, middle of snow storm, keys were not where they were meant to be, man still cleaning said we had said we would arrive at 5. We had said 3 - I have the paper work. we were left with two six year olds waiting in the corridor of a residential building while the room was finished for 30 min.

The sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable for two children to sleep on.

great location with free a car parking space. close to a supermarket and walking distance to the centre. the apartment has a kitchen, towers and bed linens. The balcony was nice to watch the new year fireworks despite some buildings are in front of this one blocking the view. Unlike some places, the cleaning is straight forward and included in the price. we still clean the apartment well. Really good value for money.

The bathroom could use some renovation and can sadly not compete with the rest of the apartment. We were aware of that fact, since it was visible in the pictures so this is not really a complain. But the apartment would definitally benefit by a better bathroom.

The communiction with the host was really good. The living room, bedroom and the kitchen were beautifully furnished. You can be at the harbor by a 15 - 20 minute walk. For the trainstation you need 20 - 25 minutes. Public transportation will save you about 5-10 minutes. The kitchen is well epuiped and there is a grocery store right next to the building. Even though we did not use it, the apartment came with an own parking lot which could have come quite handy.

I did not like that there was no toilet paper and the flat was bedded for four people so that we had to make room ourselves for seating at the sofa. Also cleanliness was so and so. We felt that we were not expected.

The apartment wasn't cleaned before our arrival. There was garbage left in the garbage bins. It is difficult to find where we have to take garbage, the instructions were unclear. There was some food left in the fridge. A lot of dust (on the TV, under the bed). For three adults we were provided only one full size blanket, while the other two were children-size blankets. The blankets themselves were badly pit in the sheets. In general, the impression was that the owner didn't care about cleaning at all. There is quite poor light in the bathroom, only one small half-working lamp.

really comfy apartment, had everything we needed, all the necessities the house owner stated were provided. Really clean as well, landlady was also nice to leave a guidebook on how to play around in Helsinki. Neighbors were great as well, they would help to guide us around the apartment

Dirty bathroom and cabinets, extremely ugly bathroom with weird piping and small + uncomfortable. shouldn’t take much to improve it and renovate.

Location, free parking, accessing the property and the available coffee at the apartment was extraordinary tasty!
