There's a smell when arriving to the fifth floor and room, but one got used to it not to notice it very fast. The hotel has seen better days but for a one night stay and central location, free parking, good breakfast I was not disappointed about the smell or that the shower soap container had not been refilled.

Centrally located with a parking lot in front of hotel, free parking with permit from hotel. Nice breakfast and staff. Room also had a fridge which was very nice.

What the hotel failed to inform real time was that there were many construction works on the road. i had to drag my wheeled suitcase through mud. They could've at least warned me on the booking.com app messaging feature. I just later found out which exact streets to take so i won't have to pass along the construction works. This would've made the hotel a real hospitality example. There were also few stair steps going to the lobby from the road. There's no ramp for suitcases.

Just basing on Google Maps, the hotel is close or a few minutes walk from the center and bus station. The breakfast and restaurant were good. The staff though, were accommodating . It's an old hotel but still functions good . I'd still recommend this.

The decor is a little outdated. It reminded me of the 1980s. Some serious investment would be needed to modernise all facilities.

The facilities need maintenance urgently! Some renovation is needed. You can see that some of the fabrics in the room are already yellow and should be renewed!

Breakfast Finish standard so not much to choose. Cleaning nothing done Saturday and Sunday and very poor cleaning on Monday so all in all very poor.

Reception staff could have had more customer oriented attitude at check-out related to feedback reported about noticed safety issue in sauna. Lack of air conditioning. No need to admire cleanliness. Overall condition quite aged. Please do some renovation and fix broken furniture and dirty carpets.

Reception staff was very kind and willing to help during check-in. Location near restaurants, free parking facilities and views from 5th floor were neat. There were also possibility to park bicycles in safe place.
