Everything was great. There was just a globe that wasn’t working above the dinner table and there was only one dishcloth and no other cloths, sponges to wipe counters etc

I booked accomodation for 5 persons. There are four single beds and a couch. They definetly should not sell that as a sleeping bed because it's nasty. Really dirty with lots of stains, crooked, not standing up correctly and if you lay down, your head is in lower position than your body. Awful!

Kitchen was fully equipped, sauna was good, drying cabinet. Superb location. Clean. Staff was friendly and really helpful. You can leave your luggage if you have later flight.

Finishings were fine, but nothing gorgeous. It was in a great location in downtown Levi, but it was just a downtown apartment. Perfectly nice and adequate, but maybe not spectacular.

2 bathrooms, sauna in bathroom was nice. It was spacious and well located.laundry facilities were nice to have.

Well equipped apartment, ski-lifts in a walking distance, lots of cafes and shops, and a supermarket just there around. Good compact sauna. A locker for the skis in the basement, which is also a large underground car parking with chargers, So you can literaly park the car in the warm basement and take the lift to your apartment. In the image it looks like its a lonely building, but actually it is a resort centre with blocks around.

Apartment was lovely and very comfortable. Fantastic facilities which met everything we needed and more. I will return to this accommodation in future when visiting Levi as it is lovely and in a great location!

I really, and I mean really, do not get the opening hours of the reception - when the last flights leave at around 2300 you simply need to keep the reception open (or at least on call) to around 2100-2200 so guests can leave and pick up bags there. Now they just bluntly close at 2000 so you are left walking around with ski equipment and all, going to restaurants etc before leaving. Not ok. Easily solved by having someone on call to open the reception for guests leaving late. This needs to be sorted. The other thing is there is no changing room/showers - if you are checked out and go skiing then they instead refer you to the spa. Understand if they don’t want to set this up but then make a deal with another hotel (or with the spa) so guests can affordably go shower/change before hitting the flights. Quite basic stuff that would have been zero problems in other european establishments but for some reason not here. Takes a point or two off an otherwise great stay!

Apartments in the middle of Levi village and a 3 minute walk to the slope. Modern apartments with everything you need although you can tell they are owned-rentals - some stuff should probably be exchanged and is getting a bit dated but overall fine and you have everything you need for a great skiing vacation; nice bedrooms, living room and kitchen + a great Sauna. Also clothes dryer etc and ski storage in the basement

We had a 2 year old with us and it wasn't very child friendly with sharp corners and raised areas in doorways. She was fine though...just an observation.

Location is spot on. It was very clean and was big enough for 6 of us. Reception very helpful with friendly ladies!

There wasn’t many cleaning facilities, there was only washing up liquid, a tea towel and kitchen roll. We had to buy our own bleach and surface wipes but couldn’t sweep the floor? For somewhere that you are meant to clean yourself there should be more products provided. The DVD player remote also didn’t work, and we couldn’t get the smart tv to work (netflix, Disney etc) as it was telling us to connect to internet which we tried but in the end could only watch normal Tv.

The property was in a great location, walkable distance to everything we needed. The apartment itself was great, good size and comfy beds, the bath was a good size and good water pressure. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. Plenty of storage space, overall great stay and would stay again.
