There was nothing to dislike. It was perfect.

Everything is wonderful! Roomy, beautiful apartment with a gorgeous sauna that we used every day. The office was better than local hotels. Amazing location near all the restaurants/bars, shopping, and bus stops. The separate living room was large with comfy, attractive furnishings. The fully-equipped kitchen was great for cooking. The instructions for access were very clear and easy. We could not have picked a better place to stay! If you plan to visit Santa Claus Village, the bus leaves nearby for a short ride. All museums are in walking distance, and for winter sports you can walk 2 blocks for Safarctica. We left from there to go snowboarding on the frozen river and through forward nearby! Taxi to the airport was quick and easy.

Easy check in, central location. All You need for self catering. And yes, the sauna was much appreciated mid winter.

All’s good. However the booking got mixed up and my room did not come with a private sauna sadly. At least the host is responsive and got us some slight refund for this, appreciate.

The bathroom was a bit strange. The washing machine was stuck out into the middle of the room which blocked access to the shower. The worktop above it had been installed slightly too low so the machine did not fit underneath. The washing machine also did not work. The picture and clock had not been put on the walls. It felt like the builders left 2 days too early and didn't quite finish everything off. Minor points but it would have made a difference if they'd been sorted.

Good location, short walk from the centre of town. Park just over the road and bus stop round the corner. Good apartment for 2 or 2 with kids, although you'll end up going to bed with the kids since the room is off the lounge/kitchen and the sliding bedroom door does not close all the way. Bedroom is small but all you need. Lots of storage space. Kitchen has equipment in it. Oddly there were 2 pots of salt but no oil! Dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid were there which was good. Lounge sofa turns into a double bed, but 1 side is made up of the 3 back cushions and you end up dipping down into them so not the most comfortable.

I couldn’t reserve a storage locker from the US. Website worked once in Finland. Very easy and convenient once I could reserve locker.

My apartment was on the side of the street which was a bit noisy, but with earbuds was all good!

I loved the apartment, which was clean, spacious and had everything what you need! Great experience with sauna and always supportive landlord. It was a good quality price ratio.

The washing machine was missing instructions. We wanted to wash the laundry on 40°, but it kept switching to 60°. It was also quite loud! Overall, it's very nice that the apartment has the washing machine. Also on the day of checkout the message which said we should take off the bed linens and throw away the rubbish seemed more like an order than a friendly request. In the end, I am sure it helps housekeeping a lot but maybe the checkout message could be a bit friendlier for the guests:)

Overall, we liked our stay but it would’ve been great to have curtains especially during summer. Also, we have kinda anticipated having hair dryer, but it wasn’t available.

The location is great, it is near the city center. The apartment is also new and clean.
