It is quite pricey, so something to keep in mind while budgeting for your trip. Additionally, the check-in time of 3:00pm is somewhat inconvenient in a town that is so small and requires a lot of walking to get to activities. We were able to keep our luggage with the front desk while our room was being prepared, but it would have been nice to have access to the room earlier in the day to make the most of our booking and accommodations.

This resort was a lovely getaway that made our visit to Rovaniemi comfortable and magical. The customer service was fantastic (Nathan was very helpful with getting our room ready and providing transportation to the airport, while Natali provided us an excellent dinner experience). The room was clean, spacious, and had an amazing sky view - the best part was the private sauna and outdoor hot tub, that we were able to use at our convenience any time of day.

Everything was perfect!!! The glass suites were amazing, with sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi, which was reaching 38° with outside temperature -7°. The breakfast was delicious with so many choices and the dinner in the restaurant was exceptional!! All the staff was very kind and helpful, but you had a tablet in your room to solve any query you had.

The bar was the only downfall of the place. we asked for a basic drink but they told us that the only things available were the ones on the menu.. ( even though the client befit asked for a whiskey sour and the girl had to look online for the recepy, so I immagine it wasn’t on the “list” I then asked for an Irish coffe but even that wasn’t possibile, we got two beers and they were expired… shame

The only downside is we were told the restaurant was open from 5-10 but were not told we would need to make reservations, let alone well in advance to get the time slot you prefer.

We loved the facilities with the hot tub and sauna provided with each room. After having been hurt during an excursion Ville and Nathan were extremely helpful and got me taken care of with getting me to the hospital and back. Nathan also made sure we had dinner brought to the room once I was back. We definitely felt the staff went above and beyond for helping us out given the situation.

The hotel was around 200 meter from the Santa Claus Village. Each house has two apartments, which are devided in two floors. In the lower floor is the bathroom with sauna, kitchen and living room, and on the top floor the bedroom. One of the walls is made of glass, as well as the roof. The windows can be covered slightly, but not entirely, so a sleeping mask is necessary. The sauna and the spa are private and very easy to use. On the TV you can find the instructions on how to use anything. You have also a tablet in your apartment where you can find all the information and communicate via chat with the reception. You also can find towels and robes on the bathroom to go outside to the spa. The restaurant is open until 21:00, and until 22:00 if you order service room. Food is delicious and local. You can ask for a transfer from and to the hotel for the airport and the city center (for a fee) The staff is very friendly and they help you with anything you need during your stay. You can also reserve different tours on the hotel. Seeing the northern lights can be a bit difficult due to the light pollution that comes from the Santa Claus Village, but renting a car or getting a tour solves that problem. A lot of activities can be done in the Santa Claus Village, even without previous reservation, so it is a perfect spot if you want to improvise activities

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. This was our first trip abroad since covid and we were a little nervous about cleanliness etc. We did not have to worry at all. There is nothing to fault. The accommodation is stunning, super clean and the hot tub in the snow is a once in a lifetime experience!. The staff - amazing. They collected us from the airport on time, checked us in earlier than planned and even did some grocery shopping for us in advance of our stay so we could enjoy our holiday and not have to go shopping! The breakfast is amazing - such a huge selection and the restaurant staff are so welcoming and spend time talking to you. We had dinner twice in the restaurant and wow what a treat this is. First class hotel - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We will be back!

The breakfast buffet was not very good. It was ok. The price of 600€ is a bit overpriced. However, the price-quality ratio fits better here than in many comparative hotels.

We really liked the large and spacious rooms with a great window front and sauna+jacuzzi. It also has a window heater that clears the windows of snow within 30 minutes! The room also has its own kitchenette and is a 3 minute walk from Santa Village. It also offers a good bus connection to the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful! It was a great experience.

This hotel is incredible!! What an amazing experience! Waking up with that view to the snowy forest is really great. The cabins are very big and comfortable and everything is prepare to guarantee you a wonderful experience. It´s very close to Santa´s Village and only 10-15 mins by car to the city center. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the food is very good.l I really recommend this place!

The location is tricky to find if arriving on foot from the Santa Village bus stop. The walk is short, but Googe Maps will direct you the long way around. You should head towards Snowman World, then along the left-hand outer edge of that area until you see the big gate to the Glass Resort. We had some issues with the resort cleaners. They took away our bath towels after one night and did not leave us any new ones!? They also did not replenish our coffee capsules, so we had to ask for more at the reception. We had hung our towels neatly on the wall, and we would have been happy to use them for another night. It's of course OK to still take the towels after one night if that's the resort policy, but if you take them, please leave new ones! Right?! We dried ourselves with hand towels the second night because our sauna was already warm when we noticed the problem.

An excellent breakfast buffet with something for everyone! The rooms are HUGE with perfect soundproofing, and sitting in the outdoor jacuzzi in the snow is out of this world. The staff is very friendly - my daughter (5) commented, "Wow, they seem to REALLY like children here!" There is a tablet in the room that you can use to request things - I requested green tea, and they quickly brought the tea bags at no extra charge. A stay here is not cheap, but we thought it was worth every penny even if luck was not on our side with the auroras. We plan to come back.
