We would have appreciated to have an electric socket on both sides of the double bed, not only on the right side. Also, we would have appreciated to have a switch for the main light on both sides of the bed, not only on the left. But it is of course minor failures.

The room was clean, warm, large enough and with all what you need. The breakfast was also very good and varied and served in a nicely decorated room. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location is perfect to visit the city being close to the center and very well served by the public transport. There are also several restaurants at walking distance, both luxury and cheap ones, for all tastes. We also appreciated the sauna.

Disappointed with the small size of our Queen room. Felt a little cramped and not enough room to move about comfortably. No bedside cabinet or shelf at one side of the bed, so couldn't put things down without getting out of bed. Only one chair in the room and couldn't get past when someone sitting down. Only one lamp at bedside and no desk or table to sit at. Despite all of this, the bed was really comfortable and a good size.

Absoutely Loved everything else, including amazing breakfast that catered for all dietary needs. Staff really nice and helpful, really clean and lovely environment. Brilliant sauna. Would definitely stay again, but make sure we had a bigger room.

For some reason we couldn’t open our windows in the room but A/C was installed.

Very nice and clean hotel. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the personnel nice and helpful. Sauna was available every evening, divided into men’s and women’s sauna.

Rooms were on the smallish side, lack of air conditioner made them warmer than I prefer. Seems older than it is portrayed in the pictures

Perhaps it' doesn't havethe newest renovation, you can see it in the room. There wasn't salmon for breakfast.

The location is great, walking distance from railway/bus station. Lobby bar is the cosiest ever! Breakfast was tasty, nothing special but tasty. Shampoo and hair conditioner were fantastic! There's iron and ironing board iin the room.

Windows locked. Furniture and bathroom a little worn but ok. No real wardrobe. Dusty shelves and safe, sticky remote control. Natrow elevator.

The night of our arrival the man at the reception was very professional and polite .Give me fast and with efficient way all the info need it for me to know. Also the lady that was next morning there was very helpful and polite.
