Staff on reception were outgoing but staff in breakfast room were poor.

There are a lot of rooms, despite that you cannot hear other people walking on the floors, but when they are around your room, it is noticeable. The beds are too comfy (too soft) for us, but this can be perfect for somebody.

Very well looking hotel, in the almost center of Helsinki, only by walking distance from the Railway Station. Hotel looks very good, reception with luggage storage and also snack-bar.

this is a huge, commercial hotel, with plenty of rooms. for check in, you have to stay in queue, even with 3 desks...

buffet breakfast was excellent, lot of choices, room was small but clean and efficient. Location is very good.

Thermometer broken and asked for it to be looked at it but it wasn't. Very soft bed.

The main downside for us was the pillows, which were lumpy and not very comfortable. Triple room was also quite “cosy” - the beds took up most of the space - but that’s probably not unusual for a central hotel

Fantastic central location. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice to have a small pool - not many central Helsinki hotels do (it’s not that warm though, designed more for use with sauna in case you’re expecting warmer water!)

I like everything about this hotel except of their breakfasts. Bfasts there are too simple and sometimes even not tasty and definitely do not match their price level. This time scrambled egg omelet was bitter. Food was slightly warm, so when at the table you had to eat rather cold meal already (e.g. omlet in my case)

Not a watertap in the sauna, but outside. Abit messy breakfast area, I understand that ppl spill food on the floor etc, but it does not give a super-impression.

Breakfast was ok, a litte bit messy. I did not like the "when will you eat- cupons", At holiday I don't plan to eat at 08.00 or 09.30 but rather "when I wake up and want to eat". I understand it is due to planning of food, but still not a fan. Sauna and pool was good, could be a watertap in the sauna. Location was spot on, not alot of noise outside, Metro/tram was right there. The Staff is super! Helpful and professional.

The reception is equipped with an electronic queuing system, which hides the number of people waiting to be served. So you never know how much time you need to wait to be checked in or to have an issue resolved. Sometimes one waits a long time. Also, every little query requires a long wait since there isn't anyone you can just ask. Luckily, there is an automatic check-out so no need to wait.

A very good location - very close to the bus station, fairly close to the train station. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Kiasma is just 2 min away. The room is small but ok for 2 people. Very nice mattresses and pillows. Pleasant staff at the reception and in the breakfast hall. Breakfast is good but it takes some time to find things you need. Enjoyed the swimming pool - it is really a great asset. Bathing suits can be borrowed at the reception.

The inner courtyard is not very nice. However, they were doing some work there during our visit so I don’t think we saw it at its best either!

Less busy at breakfast. I wasn't a fan of the queuing system when I checked in but this may be in part because I had been travelling all day, just wanted to get to my hotel room but there was a queue of people

Location was very good. It was easy to find and about a five minute walk from Helsinki Central Station. Most of the city was within walking distance. Staff were very helpful in assisting when I had a problem. Breakfast, while quite busy, was good.
