Quite outdated. Cleaning wasn’t done too properly and there was dust etc found in several spots. Breakfast didn’t serve vegan diet as there was no plant based options.

The only thing that was not to like was the horrible karaoke going on at the bar.

It was nice and comfortable. All the staff was really nice and I must specifically mention the restaurant, the food was amazing and the service excellent!

Overall, the room was clean, but there were details skipped. The toilet would have needed a flush and there were beer cans and a cigarette package left on the balcony. Breakfast needs some work.

Lovely location and very helpful staff. Fun karaoke on the terrace. I liked that our room had a little balcony. I would like to return in order to use the spa and spend more time in the surroundings as our stay this time was quite short.

Balcony was a bit rustic and hotel itself quite old but still very clean and nice!

My husband asked in advance a card from a hotel for our anniversary and we got fruit plate and chocolates plus water bottles and card of course!

The decor is dated. Bathroom very small and no shower box, just a shower curtain so you risk flooding or at least getting your socks wet if you enter without shoes after the other person has taken a shower.

I read a number of negative-ish reviews but our stay was completely OK. We stayed just one night, arrived late and departed early so we could not, unfortunately, use any of the services like sports activities and swimming pools. The personnel was very friendly, room had everything we needed for a brief night's stay. Free parking right outside the hotel. Breakfast ok even with "kalakukko" to get some local flavor.

our only disappontment was room cleaning. i had to move beds to put them together, and found a lot of dust there. but the worst surprise was some underwear under one of the beds. really disgusting…

actually, it was better than expected. the hotel is not new but in a quite good shape. the spa is also okay. especially the outdoor pool was enjoyable. also the breakfast was perfect

The listing said that our room would have 2 twin beds, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed to accommodate 2 adults and 4 kids. However, the property informed us that there are only enough beds for 3 kids, and we needed to pay more to upgrade to an apartment hotel room, which would actually fit us all. So I'd say that the listing was misleading.

The spa was a nice activity for the kids!

No air conditioning in the apartment, although they provided a powerful table fan. We also a fan of our own which was absolutely necessary.

Apartment had two bedrooms. Lots of activities, variety of swimming pools. The apartment complex was a “non-smoking facility”. A lovely beach nearby the hotel. Beautiful nature path near the hotel.

No air-conditioner which we weren’t told about until leaving. We assumed it wasn’t working as there were “controls” in the room. Apparently there are a couple of rooms on the 4th floor that have aircon though. So we had to sleep with the balcony door open as the room was VERY stuffy! We were right above the outdoor pool, so spent the night listening to the suction of the pool filter... not conducive to a good night sleep. The water was also a bit iffy - one second hot the next freezing. Wi-Fi kept dropping out too. Overall we were quite disappointed - more so for the price we paid for this room - it definitely was not worth it.

Staff were friendly & the dinner was quite tasty, but expensive. Breakfast buffet was ok - no toaster or much cereal variety

Breakfast selection was quite narrow. Facilities are quite darl and look outdated. Inside there is no playroom for kids.

A little bit retroish place back to 90s. At the spa there's unisex changing rooms which are quite interesting option. The breakfast was usual but not so "today's food" like there wasn't oat milk availe with coffee or if you're vegan there's not much options to eat.

Lovely place to stay and so much to do and atmosphere outside of the hotel is so beautiful. Next to the lake and there's a smoke sauna close to the hotel. If you're travelling with kids there's very much activities to do.
