Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

ItalyThe price of the room is high for a room with shared bathroom.
The farm is located near a lake, not far from the town of Naantali. The rooms have a lot of charm. The farm animals are great. Breakfast was excellent.

FinlandThe farm's allure was enhanced by the picturesque beauty of the old Finnish farm houses, creating a truly charming atmosphere. The rooms left a lasting impression with their cleanliness and good condition, providing a comfortable and worry-free stay without any mold or problems. The breakfast was truly exceptional, adding a delightful touch to the mornings.

NorwayWe had absolutely a great time. The old farm house was so charming. And the whole miljø was delightful. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh portions served to table to minimise food waste I think. It is important for us to see that they do a lot for the enviroment and think sustainably. There is a lot to do espscially for families. You can take your kids to the animal feeding in the morning etc..We will defenitely recommend this place to everyone and return with our children.

GermanyBeautiful surroundings. Friendly, relaxed and very helpful owners / staff. We enjoyed the traditional celebrations of Midsummer at Taatisten Tila and the local nature trails starting at the farm. Special greetings to the resident billy goat 😉.

GermanyWe had a very nice stay at the farm. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We loved the beautiful furniture, it almost felt like we were living in the past. The area around the farm is perfect if you enjoy being in the nature (ex hiking, walking in the woods). We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Thank you for everything, we definitely would love to visit you again!

FinlandA wondefully cozy old farmhouse with atmosphere from centuries passed. Not for the one who desires five star luxury, but great if you value something new and genuine. Breakfast from largely own grown rawmaterials served to the table. Hens, ducks and the house goat are strolling free in the yeard. Unbeatable place to visit!

GermanyIt's a very beautiful place, the owners were extremely helpful and had great advice what to do in the area. The breakfast was delicious with home made jams and juice and eggs from their own chicken! The location ia great as well, just a bit far off from everything if you don't have a car (there is a bus stop nearby though). The guest house is from the 16th century wich makes it very special as well.

United KingdomThe room was rustic, which is great, but it hasn't had anything done to it for decades, which makes it hard for the staff to keep clean. The whole place looks tired. The photos must have been taken 4-5 years ago. The bathroom was shared by several rooms and a trek in the night. The water, despite being in a new shower room, always smelt rusty. Definitely not drinkable. The only WiFi was in the cafe which meant sitting in its garden room in the evening to get access. I am not an Internet dependent, but everything now needs this access.
We loved the rustic 17C house; the space the living room we had to ourselves; the country home-run atmosphere; having only the option of chatting or reading in the evening (I.e. no TV or Internet); the friendly goat, the swallows, the peace and quiet; the friendly staff.

SwedenIt would be nice with some more comfort since these old buildnings made the noise from neighbors go straight though. We missed Wifi and TV. Some came home probably drunk in the middle of the night and made great noise.
Nice personell, lovely surroundings.

FinlandWas freezing in the night. Not for someone with difficulties to climb. Heavy echo in the dining room ie very noisy when people are talking with a loud voice or kids are screeming.
