It's just so incredibly stylish. I was overwhelmed by the sophisticated design. It's worth to visit Jyväskylä just to see this beautiful hostel.

Nothing to complain really, but as I worked during one of the days of my stay in the apartment, a proper working desk would have been the cherry on top! The living room table was sturdy enough as an alternative though.

Very nice location closeby the center, a spacious studio with proper kitchen setup for cooking your own meals. This works perfectly for a short stay in the city. The staff is friendly and helpful. This was my second stay, and I'm likely to book again here.

Impressive, I didn´t see any staff in any moment - which is kinda like the concept of this hostel - but I had a seamless communication with them every time I needed it! Very clean, very well maintained, if you have things going in the uni of Jyväskylä the location is excellent but for other things Jyväskylä has other accommodations at different locations also, like closer to the train / bus station.

Room was laid out a little strangely, and I had hoped to find a double bed but got two 90 cm ones, not my favourite option though they were still comfy beds.

Super clean, quiet, much more like being in a house environment than a hostel because you take off your shoes and they expect a level of caretaking of the space, which is nice. Very well equipped kitchen with staples you can use, good private showers, nicely decorated. Location was great for where I was working, around the university, but it's a little more of a hike to the city centre than some other places. Beds and linens clean and comfy. Check in easy with a code.

Sometimes the room smelled wired, maybe because we were next to bathing area. In general, the hostel is still clean and neat.

Location is nearby university area. The facilities are user friendly, e.g nice and clean kitchen. Also, the room is soundproof.

The instruction of the room code was not clear and the provided link was error at first. I arrived the hostel at night and realized that there was no physical staff to help. And I tried to make a call and to use what’s app to reach them but the auto-reply showed that now was the close time. Fortunately there was another guest who understand Finnish in the lobby and help me to find the staff via the phone call. It will be appreciate if the room code could be sent directly by email and the response system could be more rapid and friendly. (SMS often doesn’t work for foreign travelers)

I did not like that the door code given by them had no mention of the room number. So I had to call them to find that out. Even emails sent by them did not mention this information. It was only available in a separate app link sent by them in the email which I missed. It would be great if they could include this info in email or text messages as well.

My room's door needed a lot of strength to pull so I had to ask for help from one of my roommates at first.

The hosts were so nice and kind. Everything in the hostel was environmentally friendly. I felt really comfortable staying at the hostel.

A room with a private bathroom would be a bonus. However, the shared toilets and showers are extremely clean and well-maintained and there's many so you don't need to queue.

This is among the top 5 hostels I've stayed in anywhere in the world and I've travelled on 6 continents. An absolute gem for a reasonable price. Clean, tidy, quiet, safe, comfortable, has character, takes sustainability seriously; there's nothing lacking!

Emails and communications are mainly generic emails. From the pictures, I expected to meet some hosts but every things is made to self service. I send a message to the host and this was never answered or acknowledge. Sad for a youth hostel.

Room, bed and kitchen are good. The space is decorated with care and style. Quiet and near the center and market.

I like a bath. Though usually hotels have only showers availability.

Don't do breakfast, so no opinion. The staff on the given phone connection were absolutely great, magnificent! Needed their assistance to add more nights and that worked perfectly well.

Everything was okay. I found nothing bad or that I do not like. I felt like a guest and found a lot of good things. I cant complain. I found even a good parking possibilty just around the corner.

It was so very nice. Because when I was a child and visited my grandmother who was living on the other side of the road. Jyväskyläs old places do not change much. But the surrounding is changing quickley. I like the old things, and I found a lot of nice things in the Boutique such as organic coffee, tea and a very nice kitchen. Even the bedrooms remains me to finnisch people who like to have an easy lifestyl. Thank you I would like to come again - to see the nice old places, the Harja and the university campus ist also very nice.

Amazing clean and well equipped family hostel with a good location close to the university. Kitchen is clean and has all the essentials. Coffee and tea is available. Bathroom and showers are clean, bed linen and mattress are very comfortable. Definitely a good option for short and long stays.
