Super modern facilities. I really enjoyed my stay. Shared bathroom and shower were also modern and private because they were in individual rooms that you can lock. The shared kitchen is modern and useful. Only one code to the apartment and to your room so easy to check in/out.

I would like if the information I needed to know was in one place (at the moment some information was by the window, some on the table).

Very modern. Very friendly and helpful staff, quick responses to questions. Enough toilets and showers, big kitchen. I liked stickers on the walls, even in the wc.

Codes to enter building consistent - they never worked. Code to enter apartment worked after finally being told by the owner the correct code and the apartment number - the e-mail was misleading. TV out of order - no service available.

Very good location about 10-15 min from railway station and city center. The design of the room is nice and unusual. Though the room is not very big, but comfortable and has all necessary stuff. Also, there is a nice kitchen in the hostel with lots of equipment and utensils. My best recommendations

For us being our first visit to Finland would perhaps have been better to stay in a hotel where there is a receptionist to ask basic questions about how to get about etc.

Bathroom/shower in singles/doubles rooms not meant for tall people! There is no dresser or closet in the rooms. WiFi was a bit slow during the entire stay.

It was extremely quiet, clean and orderly throughout my 10-day stay. The kitchen is stocked with some essentials and was always kept tidy by guests and staff.

The position of the place is far from Jyväskylä centrum. but I understand the purpose of it after the second day I wake up . The air-conditioning was a bit to high in my room and i have to wake up several times to cover up my body.

Very clean and easy for my eyes to be amazing every step i take . Enjoy every square metres of the place with much details and positive information. Been very alergic, the room condition meets all the my needs and support.

My second time in NOVA and I still love the place but there are two things that made me dissapointed. Before arrival I sent a message if it was posible to change the room. I fully understand if it´s not posible (I wrote that, too) but I was at least expecting an answer. Didn´t get any, only same authomatic information about the booking that I received the day before. The other thing is that some of the other guests don´t agree with my view of cleaniness or consideration (noisy outside the room late at night). The kitchen was sometimes a real mess, bread crumps all over, scraps of food in the sink etc. That´s sad and discusting. My room was very clean except the dead flies between the windows.

High expectation since I spent some nights here in December 2021. The stay met my expectations, most of them: easy check-in, great location, reasonably priced accomodation. All the facilites are great! Even ear plugs are available.

Had to witness domestic fight but can't blame the hostel for its guests. Parking not easy, managed to find free parking couple streets down by block houses.

It is not really related to the hostel itself, just it would be also good better explanation for "walkers", who like walking :) It is not far from center and easy to reach but next day when I was leaving I found a better way to walk back to city center. Anyways, just a suggestion to add also how to reach by walking through the best possible directions.

ıt was very clean and cofortable. I like the inside design and calm environment. The kitchen utilities were nice, bathrooms are very clean, everything was so nice.

I already mentioned that you can't enter the building early morning such as 5AM. Pass code does not work at that time.

I would give 10 points, but I was a bit disappointed that I left my phone in room and I went out for a smoke at 05:00 AM, but I was not able to enter the building because the pass code is not working that early hours and I did not notice that while booking a room or was it mentioned at all, I can't remember. Anyway the Rooms, Design of Rooms, Cleanliness is very nice. In the kitchen are you find everything you need from multiple pots and pans ( all clean as new), coffe cups, plates, more than I have at home and multiple choices if teas, organic coffee etc etc etc. Even shared toilets and showers are very nice and clean and furbished in style. The full self service hotel looks superb. I strongly suggest and those who do not smoke that early or do not smoke at all that would be the right choice to stay. I will definitely stay again in case I happen in Jyväskylä some time.

We had difficulties to find the entrance, but maybe we were tired.

We loved the place: peace, cleanliness, endowment, respect for the customer. You can find everything you need to cook your own breakfast (except food). Thank you for our pleasant accommodation and unique experience!
