Very very basic furnitured and bathroom is very small.

The location is very good, tram station is 100m away. Breakfast is fine, the overall accomodation is very basic. Price is affordable for Helsinki.

It would be nice to have water in the room at least upon arrival, there weren't any toiletries available (apart from hand soap) or slippers. Bathroom was in general quite a surprise. Apart from such minor things, it was good.

Enough room, very nice staff, nice breakfasts with really good juices. Great location which allowed for easy access to public transport and sightseeing on foot.

No shampoo

The place is a little far from the city center so you have to take a bus or tram to get there. The staffs are nice and helpful. The room I got is clean, unfortunately there is no shampoo provided so I had to buy at the supermarket near there. The breakfast is nice and I love the sauna!

Breakfast was excellent with many options. It gets repetitive but fine as there are multiple options. Room was spacious and kitchen has all required utilities. Next to tram station and Bus station, very easy to reach any place in Helsinki. Staff is friendly, helpful. Has a common area which can be used to work or relax.

No mat to step on for coming out of the shower. It was not easy to dry the pools of water on the floor after the shower.

The room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast for myself was limited but my husband enjoyed the breakfast. Excellent location.

Everything is OK

Comfortable and cozy room, very friendly staff. Super great location, close to downtown, but still away from tourists crowds. You can feel real Helsinki life. Close to the sea. Check the yacht port nearby and its seaside cafe.

The room didn't have a water heater to make a tea or coffee.

The check-in process was smooth. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice and I found what I wanted for my breakfast.

The hotel staff is professional and friendly. The apartments are very spacious, bright and clean. Going back to the hotel and taking a sauna after a whole day is relaxing. The breakfast they offer is very good and complete. I will surely keep it in mind on my next visit to Helsinki.

The room is relatively basic, more like a student dorm room. Be prepared to wash your dishes and take out the trash when leaving - otherwise a fee will be incurred.

Good location close to city centre and many sights. Lots of public transport options available nearby. Professional and helpful staff. Nice views from the room and the viewing terrace. Decent breakfast. Kitchenette in the room helps you economize if you want to.

The apartment furnishing and style could have been a bit cozier and more homey feeling, but this is just a personal opinion.

Reception staff was very helpful and welcoming. Grateful to have later check out arranged. The apartment was very clean with a nice view. Breakfast buffet exceeded all expectations, was really delicious!!!

As I said, if you go prepared that it is a student's hall of residence, then it's fine

It was my second stay at the property, this time I stayed in a flat - I did not try the breakfast, therefore I cannot comment. The property is a students' hall of residence and as such it comes with a long list of threatening fines for potential naughty studenty behaviour, as well as a fair amount of heavy doors and locks to get thorugh until you finally arrive to your room, which can be challenging if you have luggage and /or shopping. But as long as you are aware of that, then it should be fine,just to bear in mind that it is first and formost a 'Students Home' with everything that comes with it. I stayed in Kings flat: spacious and with great views, especially from the corridor, the flat itself is basic and a bit tatty (I used my own pans to cook, which then I left them with my family) - but functional. There is a good TV and a good oven, the bathroom too is spacious and typical of student's residence. The location is awesome, I took many walks by the bay and towards Seurasaari (to the right of the building), and Toolo Bay is to the left of the building. The tram stop is only 1 minute walk, and so is the bus stop - both connect to every corner of Helsinki.
