Good location and is easy to walk directly from the city center. The host was very helpful and shared a lot of useful info about the area and facilities, replying to messages very promptly. Cute balcony and sauna room to use. Great value for money, would recommend it to friends.

The appartment is located in the center, in front of the building there is a bus stop to SCV or airport. Supermarket is 200 m. Appartment is very cosy, clean with everything you need.sauna is excelent after a cold day. The host wife is very nice, gave us a lots of details.

Location was perfect, bus stop right outside the property with easy access to Santa's Village and the airport and a short walk to shops, restaurants and safari offices. Room and amenities were perfect for a family of 4 (2 kids under 10). The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed to make our stay perfect. They answered all our questions quickly and were always so friendly. THIS PLACE IS A MUST STAY!

We liked everything about the apartment and location.

The host very kindly met us very early in the morning on request to show us into the apartment and show us all around giving detailed instruction on how everything operated. She also WhatsApp'd us lots of useful information about local transport, restaurants, tour guides etc. The apartment was pristine. My twin 9yr olds particularly loved using the sleds that were left on the balcony down the mound of snow in the carpark, of everything we did, they say that was their favorite part of our trip. The sauna was awesome, as was the airer in the bathroom for drying clothes overnight. Location was fantastic, short walk across to big supermarket and shopping centre and just down the road from Angry Birds playground. Couldn't fault it.

Undoubtedly, one of the finest places I have been. Satu is great host .She took great care of us, and explained all the details of the apartment and near by restaurants , shopping Centre , bus Timings, tour guide details. The apartment is best located near to a big supermarket and bus stand where all the buses stop. Apartment is very neat and clean and has all the amenities which ever required to make the state memorable. The sauna in our apartment was an added bonus, which made our trip even more memorable. Definitely I’m coming back again to have another vacation. Thanks to the host from the bottom of our heart for hosting us. and making our trip memorable. See you soon.

Spotlessly clean, excellent location, so warm and cosy, sofa bed was v comfy. Host was excellent, met us on arrival. Parking space underground. Lovely decor and touches all around the apartment. Small but perfect for a family of 4. Fab sauna. Tourist info. folder left. Host texted restaurant and trip information. Nice balcony with sleds. Would highly recommend.

Great communication from host re directions arrival tours and restaurants ... Spotlessly clean... Lots of supplies full equiped kitchen condiments and food items cereal fruit and some frozen dinner items etc.... underground parking space ...bus to Santa's village at the side gate fantastic restaurants on the door step ... Lovely walk to centre minutes away fantastic city location .

Host was very helpful, she assisting and answering most of my questions before the stay. Apartment was new, clean and well decorated. Finnish sauna in the bathroom was fantastic, we enjoyed the stay so much. Indoor carpark was provided, I don't have to spend time to clear up the snow in the morning. The host also recommended some partner company to me with discount code, I could get a better deal for the husky safari tour :)

Location is near bus stops and grocery stores as well as Tourist agencies. Ms. Satu (owner's wife) is so friendly. She updated us always about the events in Rovaniemi, about Bus schedules, as well as the best Restaurants in town. The Apartment is so "comfy". From Sauna, Appliances, Toilettries and Condiments, all I can say is this Apartment feels like Home. 😊 The Best!

We can't think of anything negative since all our requirements were met.

The apartment was well maintained and it was very clean with all necessary amenities available. The host was available whenever required and was very helpful, both with apartment related queries and also about the information on places we could explore in Rovaniemi. The apartment has a very handy file that has information regarding various tours, restaurants, emergency situations , public transport details etc. The apartment is very close to city centre. Supermarkets and restaurants are also close-by.

One little negative was a weird smell (of food) in the bedroom. As we had not cooked, it’s likely that this came from the ventilation system.

Great location, very close to lots of restaurants and a big supermarket. Satu was very helpful and provided detailed instructions for the property and the parking. Good Wi-Fi, a smart TV and the washing machine were a big plus for us. The sauna is comfortable and quick to heat-up.

This is a lovely apartment in an ideal location in the centre of Rovaniemi. The apartment was clean and spacious and has good Wi-Fi. The owners contacted me on the day we arrived and facilitated us checking in early as we had arrived early. Would highly recommend.

Both toumas and Satu were amazing hosts during our stay. The property was good for our family and equipped with all the basic necessity items. The sauna was amazing and we enjoyed it. Highly recommend for families who would like to enjoy the Rovaniemi city while living in centre. We managed to see aurora light during our last night with the tour guide that was recommended by our host.
