Great central location, close to all the tour providers. Communication with the hosts was excellent, checked in on us throughout the stay to make sure everything was okay. Parking facilities and building well maintained and modern. Perfect space for 4 people as sofa bed is very comfy!

Nothing to complain, will be great if anywhere to help to keep the luggage after check out. But not a problem,there is a little gift shop just downstairs,they charge 5Eur a day (till 6pm) for store the luggage.

I am a bit mysophobia, everytime I book hotel, I am always focust on the cleanees, I am so excited that the apartment is so clean. The owner is very kind as well,I found difficult to check in due to my phone was broken on the day of my travelling but luckily the owner keep trying contact me in different ways and finally sorted everything for me. The also provided useful information in detail, eg bus rout,ticket price...tThe apartment is in a very good location,bus stops are just downstairs to airport and Santan claus village, supermarket and shops are around. Thanks for the owner for everything did for me.

The host was absolutely amazing. She has given us a lot of useful tips and always available to answer your questions. The flat is in a great location with access to the centre on foot, as well as all the nice restaurants and the supermarkets.

The one thing I can think of here is that the apartment was very warm even when turning down the heater.

The apartment is cosy and quite small but has everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Rovaniemi. It was very nice to be able to do our own laundry and cook meals. Much better than staying at a hotel. The city center is just around the corner which is super convenient since we wanted to visit multiple bars and restaurants but the apartment was always close. We didn't meet the hosts in person but the communication via WhatsApp was really clear and complete. It was also nice to receive tips from the hosts about things to do. We would definitely rebook here if we visit Rovaniemi again.

All windows are towards the other side of the building, so there is no view from the apartment, and very little (almost none) sky. I hoped to catch at least a glimpse of aurora from the balcony, as there was no chance of getting out at late hours. The view was quite a bummer considering that the building is so close to the river.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tuomas' apartment. The building is brand new, warm and cosy. The location is great - Santa express and other local buses stop right across the street. There is also a great playground and a sledding hill across the street - perfect for winter stay with kids.

Fresh fruits, chocolates and coffee/hot beverages. Very comfortable bed. Perfect position in the town center and private garage for the car! Very useful the clothes dryer and dish washer

When you transform the sofa to sofa-bed, it'll take a lot of space which might make the living room a bit cramped but not really a big issue. There wasn't really anything you'd dislike.

The apartment is located in the heart of Rovaniemi, close to the shopping centers and restaurants. There's basically everything you need in the apartment from cutlery, pans+pots to washing machine+dryer, dishwasher etc. Another bonus was the free parking spot in the parking hall in the same apartment complex which is very convenient if you have a car with you.

Pre arrival communication was a little lacking at times. However it is made up for on the day of arrival and during

Everything you need for a short or longer stay- dryer and washer- sauce and condiments- extra blankets. On day of arrival and during stay hosts very responsive and gave good detailed checking in info and extra information including recommendations. Overall a really comfortable stay and I would choose this place again.
