The apartment is small, but welcoming and clean. There's everything you need and the owner is very available for all your problems. So the location is excellent, close to the center and all services. Nearby there are restaurants of all kinds and agencies to book snow activities.

Nothing really. It was all in one room like a studio but it didn't bother me at all.

Cosy, clean, comfortable apartment with everything you could need including it's own sauna! Lots of little things provided like toiletries, coffee/tea and it even had a washer (although we didn't need to use that). Can't fault it.

Amazing apartment, so spaciuous for 2 people, clean and very close to the centre. Satu (Tumoas' wife) is such a nice lady and very helpful, she told us what were the main attractions to visit and how to get there. I would definitely recommend this apartment and I would definitely come back.

Sauna is smaller than the images suggests, two persons barely fit. The bed was also on the small side, even though comfortable otherwise.

It was perfect!

Easiestly the best apartment I've stayed in for a holiday. Beautiful apartment so thoughtfully decorated with lots of extra special touches. An amazing view of the river and bridge from the balcony. Has a mini sauna complete with instructions on how the swedes sauna. Kitchen complete with appliances making it easy to prepare your own meals. Lots of extras such as sauces in kitchen and shampoos in bathroom available for use. Washing machine came in handy as I was near the end of my trip. Heating was superb. Plenty of space to put your suitcase and hang up clothes if you wish. Incredible communication from hosts. Always on hand with advice or help if needed.

We really enjoyed this place, the hosts are really kind and the apartment is really clean, comfortable and also is in the city centre so everything you may need is really close. The sauna is amazing. The host also gave us suggestions about restaurants and activities that were so good.

The apartment is cosy and have a great view from the balcony. The host is friendly and helpful. Good communication with the host. The location is great as it is just a short walk to the city centre but quiet.

We felt as home away from home at Toumas apartment. 🏫🌉 AWESOME HOST - She guided us from we landed to the airport until we leave. And more informations in Black book on the table - very useful that you should check. Thanks to her with 1000 kisses because she showed us the location and time to enjoyed Aurora with only 7 mins walked from apartment to Arktikum musium area. ❤️ AWESOME KITCHEN WITH FULL EQUIPMENT you will find what ever you need in that kitchen ❤️ AWESOME VIEW TO THE LAKE - AWESOME LOCATION. Bus stop go to the airport and Santa Village right next to apartment. SUPER CLEAN - WARM - COMFORTABLE We was lucky when we found this apartment. Definitely we will stay here again.

Very nice room with very nice subtle touches, like a portable speaker. Clean white sofas. nice sauna. Host also gave very clear instructions on how to look for the unit as we were coming by car.

There was some cereals , fruits , black tea and coffee, which was good May be some bread and milk, couple of green tea bags would have been brilliant

The host was super nice and very accommodating and answered all our queries quickly. The accommodation was neat and tidy and was very near to amenities and restaurant. There was additional sauna which was super nice 😊 There was a bus stop right outside and travelling by taxi was not too expensive

Nothing, everything was perfect

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in the heart of Rovaniemi. The view is stunning, and the apartment is perfect for a couple. It has everything one could ask for. Tuomas and Satu were wonderful hosts and made our stay even better than we could have imagined! If I come back to Rovaniemi I would stay here for sure.

For us perfect location - our competition event was held at Ounasvaara, just accross the river, few minutes to walk and 3 minutes by car. Also, view from the balcony (quite big balcony in fact) was splendid - it is directly to the river and forests behind it. Apartment is completely equipped including good wifi and big flat TV with Netflix. Another nice feature is underground parking with lif access. I would rent it next time again when coming to Rovaniemi !

This appartement is excellent. Very nice interior, well equipped kitchen, perfect location. Very good views from balcony. Very tidy place, it feels like brand-new and is luxurious indeed. Very easy to communicate with Tuomas as he replied promptly to all questions. Check-in and out very smoothly. I would certainly go back to this place if I would be visiting Rovaniemi again.
