When I was still at home I wrote to the owner and I didn't get a reply for a couple of days. At that time we were already in Helsinki, but I wasn't sure yet... but then one day earlier I got information about entering the apartment. Everything was ok. Only I was very worried, because I was already in Helsinki with my two children, but I didn't know if everything was ok with the apartment.

The apartment was nice and clean. The sauna was a great addition. It was warm in the apartment. Sledges for children are also available. We received all the information regarding the apartment and also the trips. The location is excellent. I would recommend the apartment and stay.

Lovely host and lovely place...it was much better than what we expected it to be... we booked the apartment also based on reviews and that is the reason i made it a point to put up my review... The Host:- The owner gave us clear instructions for check-in and she had provided all information necessary but still would help us with all our other doubts, she was very sweet to talk to and would answer all our questions and queries almost immediately...also helped us with suggestions for activities and things to do, supermarkets etc.... The apartment was very clean and very cutely decorated when we arrived, it felt very welcoming.. The Apartment:- We were 4 adults, but if privacy is not important, then it is very comfortable for 4 adults,... the balcony was also lovely and very well maintained but we couldnt access it a lot because of the col.. we actually felt we missed out on it!!! the heating of the apartment was also very good....the apartment was small but very well equipped with all necessary machinery, crockery, utensils, etc.. the spa was also very good.... gas, washing machine, spa, heater- everything was functioning well..... Location was 3 mins walk from train station and 8-10 mins walk from bus station. we were very happy with the location as well... we stayed there for 3 nights and had a very good time!!...and were very impressed with the cordial and friendly approach of the host and the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment...

The sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest. Would recommend they supply a thicker top mattress.

Great spot across from the train/bus station. Host had great communication and helped with all the local knowledge. Place was super tidy and homely. Lots of items in the shower and pantry to use.

Great location- close to the train&bus station, very clean and well equipped with everything you might need. We loved the sauna and the cozy feeling of the appartment. Quick and easy check-in (the key was waiting for us in a box at the door and the owner was quick to provide all the needed information).

great communication, location across the train station which makes it super easy to get to santa village. on top the city center is max 15 min walking distance! Satu was great and she was available all the time during our stay answering and giving us the support needed during the 4 days trip

The instructions given by the host were so detailed and made it a stress free check in. - The room was spotless, very modern and cosy - The sauna was easy to use (detailed instructions were given by the host) and it was so relaxing - The veranda was really cosy and very cosy with blankets and extra pillows available - The location was perfect, 10/15 minute walk to the centre of Rovaniemi and 5 minute walk to the train station we needed to get back home - The hosts cannot do enough for you, everything you should need is provided and all the information of activities, events, food & drink places are in the file at the accommodation. By far one of the nicest, friendliest and most beautiful places we have stayed!

Very comfortable apartment with good location. You could use the sauna and the balcony was nice to cool off. Even though I didn't meet the host they still provided us with a lot of information and recommendations for Rovaniemi which was very helpful!

Very nice apartment for a reasonable price. It's size is ideal for couples; it's very cosy and full equipped. The bed is super comfortable and its windows seem to be prepared to keep the apartment warm enough during the long Lappish winter. It's also count with a small sauna to try one of the most traditional Finnish experiences!

I liked how the apartment is decorated. Also spacious balcony, kitchen equipment, coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, and even a welcome candy. Contact with the hostess was hassle-free, all very professional.

Door was a bit difficult to lock

Accommodation was very cosy and clean with all the needed appliances. It also had tea and coffee, which was amazing. Also had a parking space, which came in very handy.

The only downside was on the morning we were leaving there was no hot water. This was not the host’s fault. It affected the entire street. I did notice construction going on nearby, so that may have been the cause. It was only a minor disappointment. The towels were very warm and there was a hair dryer.

Everything anyone could possibly need was supplied at this apartment, from toothpaste to extra pillows. The kitchen too was well stocked, and the apartment decor was beautiful with frameless candles and touches of Finnish-themed artwork.

Everything was perfect

Really clean, well decorated, the host was super carefully with the instructions. Location was good, near the train station and with a good parking lot. Sad that was only 1 day, I loved the place.

We spent four nights in this apartment and we couldn’t be more satisfied by our choice. The apartment has everything you need and more. It’s big, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped , and so is the bathroom, which has a wonderful sauna where you can relax at the end of the day. The apartment also offers a big balcony and a private parking. It’s in a good location, very close to the train station. The hosts are very kind , precise and responsive and gave us all the information we needed in order to make us feel at home. If we will come back to Rovaniemi we will surely choose this place again.
