They can be more generous to offer more toilet paper (I am quite economical and without any running nose but still used up the SMALL role toilet paper they offered); All 4 pillows on the bed are too soft and in bad condition (I finally found a more supportive one in the closet); The night I stayed there was abnormally cold at the beginning of April: minus 10 degrees at night..... One heater next to the bed (out of two heaters) didn't work at all.....so check with them if they fix that heater before your stay in winter

The studio was lovely, sad that I only stayed for one night. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfy bed. Didn’t get a chance to use it but the kitchen looked well equipped. Studio is about 20 minutes walk from the train station, so location seemed central though I only stayed for the one night for a concert so didn’t explore anything in the city . Would be happy to stay again if I visited Jyväskylä again.

There was dust above the lights on both sides of the bed and the floor was not completely clean.

The location was good and it was a nice minimalistic studio with all the necessary facilities. Although not far from the centre, it felt somewhat private and quiet.

Information necessary for the start should be communicated much better (for example, the Wi-Fi password should be clearly indicated somewhere on the wall or in another highly visible place so that it is the first thing you see when entering the apartment), and some other small pieces of information should be clearly laid out. But the host is responsive and is willing to quickly help you.

Great amenities, fantastic Wi-Fi, very comfortable bed, very good light shielding (very important for Jyväskylän summer nights when it never gets dark), everything necessary (and beyond necessary) was in the apartment, the host is responsive and helpful.

I must admit that with this price range, I would have expected something better. First of all, the apartment was rather dirty when we arrived (food, dirt and dust on the floor, bathroom floor and rug soaking wet). According to the host, the apartment was cleaned before our arrival, but apparently not very thoroughly. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were nearly empty and had not been filled or replaced. Dishes (cups, plates etc) had a strange smell in them. Moreover, the water pressure in the shower was rather low. If you are traveling with a baby (like we did), the design of the bathroom is not ideal when it comes to washing your baby after diaper change. If you are a light sleeper, the noise of traffic and night trains might bother you. (My spouse woke up several times.)

The apartment is centrally located. It is rather new and therefore in good shape. Cooking facilities are good. Bed and sofa bed are comfortable. The host was answering promptly whenever we had a question.
