The hoise is really cozy and has all the lixuries one would want from a winter getaway. 2 saunas were a plus. The design is nordic, but still fun and the extra layer of elfing up the decoration was really nice.

Fantastic. a cozy, warm, clean and comfortable house in the winter forest. Host prepares well before your arrival. Close to a lake for north light hunting, you may also see the aurora in the yard if the weather is good. Outdoor Sauna is amazing experience.

Villa Waltti was a magical Villa in the woods when we arrived it was lit up with lanterns and Christmas decorations inside which instantly got us into the Christmas spirit. The hosts we super friendly and helpful with local advice and let us know when the Northern Lights were visible in the area so we could be sure to see them. The Villa was comfortable and cosy with everything you would need.

Fantastic villa in a stunning location. Close enough to the town to be able to get to all amenities easily but still feels in the wilderness. A short walk to the fantastic nearby reindeer and husky farm.

On a honeymoon with my wife and newborn in Europe, 5 countries, 10 accommodations and I have to say Villa Waltti is the best among all. Owners Eero and Mari treated us sincerely. They care for our well-being and comfort everyday. Also, their house is exceptionally beautiful and comfortable with indoor and outdoor sauna. Location is extremely good, 5min drive to Apukka viewing point to catch the aurora, and Eero and Mai will help us keep a lookout.

The only thing that could have been better was one of the beds. One bedroom had a small two person bed, although the bed was comfertable, it was a bit too small.

It was a beautiful and quiet house. The host was super helpfull and responded quick. We didn't understand the pizza oven, she explained it quickly and very well. The sauna was great, and the suroundings were beautiful. The house was near the 'big' road, but you didn't hear anything. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Our experience in Villa Wältti has been perfect. When we arrived, all the way to the cottage was decorated with candles and when we entered the house there was an old radio playing Christmas music. Just a dream. The heating system was already on, something we really appreciated. We felt at home from the very beginning. The cottage has everything you need and it is beautifully decorated. It is five minutes driving from Santa Claus Village. Close enough for going there daily and far enough to enjoy nature peacefully. There is a reindeer and husky farm nearby. The owners checked on us several times to see if we needed something or to recommend some activities. I am recommending this cottage to anyone coming to Santa Claus Village. Thank you for everything.

Nothing at all from the hosts. Unfortunately Booking.com charged me twice for the stay in error, which I am still trying to resolve weeks later but Eero the host even tried to help with this for us too, absolutely above and beyond!

The Villa was beautiful, just what we had hoped for and more, well equipped for our needs, and the hosts were incredible. The little personal touches were much appreciated. The beds were so comfortable, and the Villa was lovely warm and welcoming after a long day in the snow. Our little girl loved her room during her stay, and the saunas were loved by us. Such a cosy villa we absolutely loved it and can not wait to return! Close to all the attractions, and we loved our woodland walks to see the huskies and reindeer at the nearby farm.

It was a wonderfull stay! The place is close to the centre and Santa village, the house is clean and it has all the comforts you have at home. When you get to the house from a day of fun, there are a fireplace and 2 sauna’s indoor and outdoor waiting tot you. It’s clean and really cozy. Price wise It’s probably the best value for money concidering that a lot of the hotels in the neighbourhood a wat more expensive. Villa is situated in the wood not far from reindeers’ and huskies’ farm, so we could walk with great pleasure breathing fresh air and watching the animals everyday. The house is big and have plenty of open space. In the middle of the living room there is a fireplace which is wood burning stove from the other side where you can bake pizza ( I saw such an interesting design for the first time in my life). The pillows and mattresses are so comfortable that you understand that you can stay in bed till lunchtime. Big TV and good Wi-Fi and very comfortable armchair are the things you need to watch cartoons with the family in the evening! There are two saunas. One is outside another is in the house. Also there is a barbecue place where we cooked very tasty meat. The owner of the villa is very hospitable and helpful, always keeps in touch and answers all the questions! He is one of the best host I have ever met!

Everything was good!

The territory is large, planty of parking places and very beautiful nature around. We easily found the keys. The owner of the house was extremly nice, hospitable and helpful, answered all the questions immediately! Villa was very clean, cosy and well equipped. There was a place for barbecue and a sauna outside. Beds were comfortable and cosy! There was raindeer and husky park very close to villa, Santa Clause Village was not so far! Surely reccomended! Hope to come back!

A beautiful house tucked away in the woods. House was clean and the hosts were very easy to get a hold of. It had an indoor sauna attached the the bathroom and a lovely outdoor sauna. The location was perfect as only a short drive to Santa Village and shops. Thank you for the lovely stay!
