While the room was very well organized and clean, the room was basic - it was comfortable, but not luxurious.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food for diinner was very tasty, and the cocktails fun. The room had a nice balcony overlooking the lake.

The rooms are getting noticeably tired and could do a refresh. An update to contemporary Finnish design would make it superb.

Hotel was extremely comfortable, located in a beautiful and peaceful area. The view of the lake from the room was wonderful! We came here especially for the Käärijä concert, the staff was so nice and helpful when we asked if we can keep a concert poster from the hotel doors, kiitos! :)) You really made us happy. I also really liked the fact that we could check in much earlier, highly appreciated . I hope to come back here for a longer time someday to enjoy this beautiful place

Nothing, I just wished I'd stayed longer

This place was a joy to stay in, the staff were brilliant and coped very well with a load of international Käärijä fans turning up for his gig there. Lovely location with beautiful scenic walks. The room had a balcony with perfect views of the stage, the staff had been trying to give Käärijä fans rooms with views of the stage which was very thoughtful.

The breakfast was really disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs and no plain yoghurt - even though we asked for this on our first day, it was still not there on the second day, and the employee we talked to about it was pretty rude and didn’t care about it when we asked on the second day. And they served hard boiled eggs that were totally grey around the yolk - give them 4-5 mins less, please. How hard is it to boil an egg? We also found a long black hair in the jam. All in all for a 3 star hotel, 288 € for two nights, the breakfast was just not living up to basic standards.

The bed was very comfortable. We loved the view from our room on the lake and even though the room looks very old it was working well and it was clean. The surroundings are amazing with forest and lakes. The bread for breakfast was really nice.

I especially loved the location. It was amazing to wake up to a view across the lake. Delicious breakfast-buffet with many options to choose from. Plus the festival including fireworks had been a great event.

Open air concert area right next to the hotel and kept us awake! Something which should have been mentioned when checking in. The service at the restaurant very slow - 40mins to get a snack.

We stayed in a hotel for one night and loved it. The bed was very comfortable. The room was pleasantly large and had a beautiful view of the lake. The hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful and the breakfast was delicious. You can walk around the lake and there is fantastic nature and beautiful views. The location is good, the shop is close by and there is plenty of spaces for parking. Would definitely visit this hotel again.

The hotel is old fashion and was not having comfortable chair and desk to work with your laptop. I missed not having some updated furniture in the room and some electrical appliances.

Quite decent Breakfast. The location was appropriate for business purposes because was located 5 minute's drive from my destination point.

Heater NOT working, the room was cold. Beds were like hostels and NOT hotel style. I heard from other guests that booked a family room, that extra matress were given to lie on the floor and NOT extra bed. The hotel should be HOSTEL and NOT HOTEL. Lots of kids/children playing in the corridor, making a hell of a noise. 138 euro/night for 2 adults in a twin room is too expensive. NOT at all value for money.

The breakfast was good. A very scandinavian healthy diet. The location was good, in the heart of the city.
