We could use a bit more utensils in the kitchen (at least one larger pot would be nice). Also was a bit problematic for us that we got only a single key to the apartment but to be fair we did not ask for more prior to our visit. If you plan to travel in a group and wish to be able to enter the place at separate hours best to arrange this beforehand!

The apartment was tidy, all equipment was functional, there was plenty of cleaning supplies we could use. Location was great for us and all descriptions received from the host were pretty much explanatory. No problems whatsoever. I can recommend

- The bathroom sink was quite clogged - Shower space was very small - There should be better recycling possibilities in the flat because you can (and you should) recycle everything in the courtyard's recycling rooms. It would also encourage visitors to recycle. - The housekeeping should check under the beds and other furniture too because there was quite a lot of dust and previous visitors piece of clothing under the drawer

As I booked the place the same day therefore i didn't get information on how to get to the location. I was also very surprised that the apartment key had to be collected from an R-kiosk in the railway station which was 1,5 km away. The shower corner seemed to be inhabited by mold. After contacting the host they said it is properly cleaned and just old house, however I believe it is not safe for a longer stays. And definitely bring your flip-flops to shower.

The location is in the city centre, so very close to walk everywhere.

Keys collect 35 minutes late (almost 5 PM!) and location is 30 minutes walking distance from key collection. If it is snowing, freezing or raining, forget about it. If not is at least a 20 minutes in public transport and then 5 minutes walk. Really bad experience.

The keys were located in the shop at the rail station - not so easy. The windows were bad and we felt the wind all night. The heating was not good and it was cold. The isolation is poor

While it was easy to pick up the keys, it would have been nice if they were in a lockbox closer to the apartment.

Great location, just a short walk away from the main train station. Despite being so close to the city center, it's nice and quiet at night, so you can get a proper night's sleep. The property was super clean and the amenities were great. Check-in instructions and how to pick up the keys were provided 3 days in advance.

At first glance, the apartment was clean, but then it turned out that some places were dusty and dirty. Also, if you are traveling by car, you will also have to look for a parking lot, which most likely will not be near the apartment and it will not be free. Since we arrived at night, after the official check-in, the owner found a solution to the problem, it was possible to pick up the keys in another place, but if we had not travelled by car, we would have had to overcome quite a long way to get from the port to the keys and then to the apartment.

I liked the location of the apartments and in general it was a cosy place.

They are easy to talk to and responsive. We had our late arrival and requested if my cousin (whose living in Finland) can be the one to pick up the keys even the booking is under my name, and they allowed it.
