The double bed was two singles pushed together which didn’t connect / match up very well.

The property was in a beautiful location, clean, reasonably priced and the staff were extremely helpful in organising transport and tours.

This is not fault of the property but the beach is just disgusting. Dark and dirty sand. Lot of people everywhere. Just don’t stay in Nadi if you wanna enjoy Fiji.

Nice little hotel with a good restaurant. Perfect location if you need to stay close to the airport. Swimming pool was clean but very cold.

can sometimes wait a while for food at the restaurant. the hotel itself is not very soundproof and the rooms I was in were either off the reception area or the first room up the stairs from there so you get a lot of noise from the restaurant and I was woken up at half 4/5am by staff coming in and setting up for the day.

The room door was paper thin and let in way too much noice from outside. I had organised airport transport with the hotel and it did not turn up. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had from wait staff. The restaurant was super quiet the entire 2 nights we were there. I watched my Pizza sitting under heat lamps for a good 10mins while they made my partners one. His then sat under the heat lamp until the waitress could be bothered to deliver it. The lamps kept my Pizza warm but it was soggy. The same waitress moped around whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner..... She took "Fiji Time" to a new level!! I would have chosen to eat at one of the hotels nearby if our stay was any longer

The outdoor pool area and adjoining restaurant design were awesome. The room was clean and spacious, nice big balcony.

Pay extra for a balcony room. I've stayed here several times before and always have a balcony room, which are so much better than the cheapest room. This time, the room was a dark little box out front of the hotel and didn't feel very secure. Had a weird smell too. Would stay again but not in the cheap rooms.

It's easy and close to the airport, but is beachfront. It's quiet compared to the other places around it. The staff were friendly and it was clean. The pool was clean and refreshing. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment.

It was quite touristy - there were people on the beach trying to sell horseback rides, and taxi drivers would start trying to give you a ride once you left the hotel. The location was good for being on a beach, but otherwise its quite isolated and not near much other than several other hotels.

Our stay at Aquarius was good - the location right on the beach is nice to be able to walk on the beach and lay by the pool. The room was basic but had what we needed and was clean. Staff were able to assist with taxi transfers, and there is a convenient little grocery shop and restaurant just up the street.

The hotel is a bit old, but we were mostly on boat tours during the day from early mornings and at night and we watch bands at the hotel so we didn't mind the old style of hotel. So we have less time to spend hours on our hotel room.

The staff were amazing specially the staff from the bar and restaurant. They have plenty of activities at night during the weekend not sure on weekdays. We went here on Easter long weekend. If you want to have a good experience of Fijian culture it'll be better to stay here than big name hotels. The hotel's a beach front which is a bonus but the beach isn't that special so this is good spot if you only want a relaxing place to stay and have boat tour plans in Port Denarau during the day. Also this hotel is close to other hotels and shops, you can join the other hotels' activities. There's a nearby spa called namadaspa which was amazing as well. The hotel's close to the airport and to a big grocery shop (Walking distance) which is very convenient. The reception can assist you if you need a taxi.

Issues with the linen, no face washer, no hand towel, only one towel in the room, no hairdryer? If there is no hair dryer there should be an extra towel for your hair. All linen had a yellow tinge, nothing was crisp white.

The music was too noisy. When you have a beach location as great as this, the last thing anyone wants is music ruining the serenity. The same can be said of the neighboring properties.

Nice food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Superb location right on Wailoaloa Beach. Great pool. Friendly staff. Not too far from the airport. Easy to book things to do for the day.

They only have a chef and it takes so lo g to serve the food, somedays we had to wait close to 1:30 hours to eat. Some staff even forgot to bring what we ordered. The hammocks/loungers of the swimming pool were broken and dirty. They swimming pool towels were not very pleasant.

Very unattractive and very basic room located just off reception. The beach was not very nice and the surrounding are looked kind of run down.

Needed a hotel for the night in order to take an early flight. This hotel filled that requirement. The bar/restaurant was quite nice

We stayed in a twin room number 8. It was really small for 2 people. There was no hot water more like tepid but lucky it was humid. The bathroom had no space to hang clothes. The kitchen was crashing around putting stuff away late at night so this echoed into the room. I wouldn't have minded all of the above if it wasn't so expensive. I don't feel it was good value for money. I was a bit disappointed as the room wasn't what was in the photos.

The staff were friendly and really helpful and happy to book tours for you. The location is good and the day tour coach left from hotel next door which is handy.

The restaurant is okay, but a bit overpriced and nothing spectacular. I was by mistake charged for a deluxe room when we came back, and couldn't be refunded but had to spent the credit in the restaurant. At that point we had eaten in the restaurant four full days, so I was a bit sick of the menu and annoyed I couldn't just get my money back. Also it wasn't possible to check out late (the said the room was booked), but then I booked the room for an extra night, so we had it for lunch. We needed it so our baby could nap, so that was a bit pricey nap.

First booking we stayed at an upgraded room - the deluxe room. This was very nice, spacious and clean. When we came back after visiting the islands, we stayed at the cheapest room, which was a big down grade. If you are staying longer, I'd pay extra to get a nicer room. The cheap room is okay for just a night. The location is nice, in walking distance from a super market and right on the beach. About 10 minutes to get to town, and 10-15 minutes to the airport. The bus for the ferry (if you are going to the islands) leaves just outside. The staff was amazing, really nice people. It was nice the place offers storage if you are going to the islands, but our stroller was covered in mildew when we came back, so I wouldn't store anything nice there.

They can't exchange money like it said in the description. The nearby hotel they recommend to exchange can only do very small amounts. It's within a small touristy strip of hotels but not within walking distance of any local food spots or cultural experiences, and it's quite dark at night to walk around to try. Still good for the price, especially if it's a short stay.

We stayed only for one night after our flight before boarding a boat the next day to the Yasawa Islands - it was good for the price. Cheaper and quieter than surrounding hotels. Some had huge events with loud, annoying pop music, lots of partying guests we noticed as we walked past them along the beach. This smaller, more chill hotel was more our vibe. The staff were polite and the pool was nice, we enjoyed a Vonu or two whilst having a swim in the evening. Walking along Wailoaloa beach was pleasant at sunset. The food and cocktails were decent. We tried to find a local restaurant a little later at night but the few we saw looked touristy and Westernized so we just came back to Aquarius. There's a local shop that also sells alcohol open until late closeby which is handy. Air con was super powerful. Free toiletries were handy. Easy check in and check out. Good complimentary breakfast.
