Excellent maintenance of the property. The room was perfectly situated with access to the beach - best to order food in advance (otherwise relax)

Location. Easy access to the snorkeling. Easy walk around the whole island

Bure’s were lovely, nice setting and very clean. Some staff were great but others may benefit from additional training. Bar and food offerings limited by what was available at the time so may be useful to condense menus to make it easier as seems often running out of ingredients. Pool is lovely but pool bathroom/showers need significant work. Also available gear (eg snorkelling) is mostly broken and/or useless and very limited number which is disappointing if don’t have your own.

THE RECEPTION STAFF NOT KNOWING WHAT WAS GOING ON. WE HAD ISSUES WITH OUR BILLING. ASKED IS THIS FOR EVERYTHING WAS TOLD YES THEN OOHH THIS WASNT ADDED ETC ETC. WHEN CHECKING IN WASNT TOLD ABOUT PROMOTIONS AND FOUND OUT FOR OURSELVES WHEN IT WAS TO LATE.

1. No internet connection for the duration of our stay This could be a serious issue either keeping family Informed checking flights etc 2. The beach could have been better if seaweed and Litter coming from the ocean would have been Cleaned 3. For $12.50 coffee could have been better as well As food for $55 or$60

There were two issues. The first was during the breakfast buffet when birds were eating from the serving spoons. I think there could be some way of preventing this. The second was during our check-in. The staff should advise people not to arrive before the afternoon as the rooms may not be ready and there is nowhere comfortable with air conditioning to wait. Rooms do however have air conditioning.

The room was very nice and right on the water. There were plenty of activities included during the day that did not cost extra and the local Fijian dishes on their menu were excellent.

The location is incredible. The owners are super nice, ready to help you when you need something. Te rest of the team is incredible, always attending to you with very good vibes. The food and the cocktails are exquisite!

Generator stopped several times meaning no air con or running water and a couple of very hot nights. Communication about this could have been better. Food was mediocre.

Amazing resort. My bure was on the beach with great views. Beach and sea absolutely gorgeous. Staff were wonderful. Bure was extremely clean. Beds so comfortable.

Communal toilets needs an upgrade and some of the snorkeling gear. I'm sorry but the spa therapist should be on time on her appointments. We were advised to be on time but unfortunately she was not, my husband waited 20 mins outside in the shade but it was a really hot day. One customer before me left. Next time please get someone to advise clients if the appointment is going to be late.

beach and the location of the bar was great. Our bure right by the beach was excellent, we loved the privacy. Wifi was hit and miss on where our bure was. But we didn't really need wifi, we just wanted to be away from the outside noise (internet) which was perfect for us.

The food was ok, but the concept of all inclusive «not realy all inclusive » was a deception. The team was very polite but kind of stressed and that contrasted with the so beautiful and peaceful setting. Worth every pennies.

Amazing location, snorkling paradize, very clean ( but the commun areas were dated) and we loved our little cabans on the beach.

Unfortunately the restaurant is expensive & sub-par which is unfortunate as it’s the one and only option if you want to eat all during your stay! For the price of the meals compared to what you get is disappointing, an example would be the quesadillas are 90% wrap 5% salad 5% meat (they are very empty). Additionally to the restaurant the wait times are absurd, we understand ‘Fiji time’ but this is another level, we would wait 60-90 minutes per meal on average. The wait times appear to be a mixture of slow service from some of the restaurant staff mixed with a tiny tiny kitchen with 1 chef. From what I understand they are going to be renovating the kitchen in the near future to speed things up, but until then, make sure you pre-order food for earlier than you want it. If you have an activity at 2pm then order lunch for 12 and you should be ok lol. As mentioned in the good parts, cleanliness of the room was amazing, marked down overall score a little due to the communal toilet block by the pool being a bit unsanitary, as well as glasses etc in the restaurant were always rather dirty & sometimes even smelt of juice when you only had water in them.

Sammy & a few other staff were amazing, they were extremely friendly & welcoming, always there to help & check in on us. The beachfront bure was beautiful, we had one of the new build ones & it was furnished very nicely & it was extremely clean, the views from the room are to die for. They have a daily board of activities which is a nice touch, some free & some reasonable price & some are far too expensive for what they are. The lady in the spa was really lovely and caring & provided great massage services!

Unfortunately their boat wasn’t working the whole duration of our stay so we couldn’t do any off island activities. Service also ran on Fiji time, which was fine for the most part but sometimes they seemed understaffed, especially at the bar during happy hour. Otherwise we had no issues!

We had an amazing stay at Serenity. The rooms were comfortable, modern and clean. Staff were beautiful, always saying hello and up for a chat. We happened to be there for my birthday and the whole staff sang me happy birthday which was really special! The island itself is stunning and the snorkelling was great. It’s also quiet enough that sometimes you feel like you’re on a private island. Not to mention they had baby turtles while we were there. All up, a lovely and memorable holiday

The food was not amazing and had to wait for ages for it to come out. I think some of the staff need a little more training. The pool and dining areas could do with a refurbishment.

Beautiful island, great for walks and snorkelling. Our bure was ocean facing which was worth the extra $’s for the breeze.
