I didn't like 1st we entered night staff told us she is bringing towels I have to walk n remind her n 2nd no hot water system was there not working doors was half tight. 3rd hot water kettle lid was broken koffi making things milk,sugar they was maybe bad .bt overall it was good.

I like the view the lighting in the room the bed was very comfortable.

TV does not work. No towels. We asked twice for towels and were told to 'be patient' because they were in the dryer. We never ended up getting any towels. I also seen this in the reviews before we went. Would be nice if there were sun loungers to sit next to the pool.

The room was nice and big. Easy check in. Air con was nice and cool and the room had a fridge.

The swimming pool was dirty. In the bedroom, the pillows and the mattress are not comfortable. Some of the furniture is broken. The bathroom is old and really small. Too much noise during the night!!!!

I think the only thing i could improve on is cleanliness. the room didn't look like it had been cleaned since the last person. something sticky all over the bedside table, and the bathroom wasn't wiped down.

The location is good, and the staff are really lovely. The pool area was nice as well. it's a quiet spot away from the busy road.

Beds were comfortable, pool was good but room wasn't very clean. The reception staff when we arrived was terrible, should not be working in the hotel industry at all.

The wifi was trash, the only wifi you’d get is if your sittin outside which isn’t practical during the night, the aircon would stop working at random times and it’d get so hot, fridge does not work so cannot cool drinks,

Property was good, pool was good, the privacy u get while in the swimming pop is great cause the trees surround the pool area so people from other rooms cannot watch you. Bed was very big and comfortable, rooms are all private entry and exit so can do what u like and leave anytime

Tom dick and harry came and disturb me at night while i am having my rest. Knocking on the door and also people who are drunk came and argue out side my room disturbing me while i have my rest. Some front desk officers not friendly and not supportive. I pay for washing my clothes but the hotel did not give me receipts for the money i gave them. A taxi providing Taxi services for the Hotel is very unprofessional and had bad attitudes towards customer

There are bedbugs. So we have to move the matress to the floor to avoid the attacks of bedbugs. The room is far from clean. The bathroom is filthy and disgusting. If the owner can make an effort to make the room nice and clean, it can be a very good hotel

Staff are nice and friendly. Room is spacious with balconies on both sides. The location is convenient. Very good privacy with stairs leading only to our room.

It says online there is breakfast on the property but there isn't.
