Is getting a little dated. The shower in our room in particular was old, and in need of replacement, some of the bathroom fixtures were coming off the wall. The gas water heater for our room and the one upstairs was in our room so heard it turn on whenever upstairs had a shower. Our room was in a very noisy location and could hear other guests throughout the night and golf carts reversing. Bed was sunken in the middle and neither myself or husband slept well there. Everything is VERY spread out (especially getting to the adults only pool/restaurant). I personally wouldn’t return.

Our room was upgraded which was nice. Warm pool. Good food options for a vegetarian. Amazing pool side massage from Joey. Poolside service from Akesa was great. Lovely bedroom decoration on Valentine’s Day (see photo).

An air-conditioned lounge near the open-air lobby would be great for those very hot & humid days.

Lovely place to stay overnight due to a delayed flight from Nadi airport. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the resort buildings, pools and restaurants are all beautifully designed and very clean. Perfect for a short stay.

So much fly and mosquito that’s the main problem. Breakfast sitting outside is nightmare the fly got inside mu juice and coffee and I had few time cover my juice with napkin. And constantly wive my hands on table to get rid of them from my toddler breakfast. Mosquito bites, we heard from friends mention about mosquito so we brought a bottle repellent to Fiji, we didn’t know was that bad. We must spray repellent whenever we go out day and night specially at night if you are dinning in the restaurant. Our bedroom has good space for a family of 3. The bathroom lights were not very bright and no makeup mirrow can’t see very well. The shower slid door handle was broken. We want to take a bath but the water was very yellowish like rain water or something else but doesn’t smell any funny so we were fine with it. The water must be in the tup for a while not using or so. The next couple days I put the bath for my son because outside is raining so he can play a bit in door. And the water is getting better less yellowish better than first day. The colour reminds of the water from the waterfall. Lastly good breakfast but lunch and dinner menus is nothing impressive and over price. Having a lunch and breakfast without discount you are looking $700 to $1000 more or less. And that’s like having a pasta and a salad, bottle coke and water. That Was what we do for lunch. Lucky kids food was free. Chinese restaurant was much better but again also very expensive. Can enjoy one good day but can’t do every day. And the worst part is there isn’t life guide in swimming pool. And staff are more relaxed than the guess. The water sports was too bloody expensive, we paid $612 for 2 hours to visit treasure island that we only stayed there for 10 mins. Driving from hotel to there takes about less an half hour. We should have had just stay in the snorkeling and skip to see the baby turtles. We can’t evening stay in the poor.

The check-in at reception was crazy The reception was packed and there was only two staff on and one of those was on the phone for over 10 minutes sorting something out, so it was VERY slow. The reception is open so no air conditioning we were very hot and a bit bothered by the time we managed to check-in. We had no hot water for 24h and then we had one more period without hot water. This seemed to take a long time to get fixed. Our room was crawling with tiny little ants they were everywhere, you couldn't even put your glass down for too long. We had to put everything in the fridge just to keep the bugs off. The family restaurant was very noisy and the adult restaurant had a poor choice of foods for the evening so we mainly ate out in the evenings. The only time we ate in the Koro restaurant the beef ribs were good and enough for a small family (which was a bit wasteful as we only ate half of it between two.) but the rest of the food was cold so not so good. The beach loungers were very old and worn and there was rubbish on some of them for our whole stay. When we arrive we only had two water bottles in the fridge between three, but when we left we had over a dozen because the service staff just kept leaving multi packs on the bench.

A beautiful location with lovely beach views. It is a very long property, over 2k long but they run a little hopper bus service up and down so if you didn't want to walk you could just hope on and off the bus. The staff were lovely. and the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. We were on the second floor but porters helped with the heavy bags. There was a great cocktail bar and adult only swimming pools at one end. The breakfast was spectacular. There was a little pizza/cake shop which was useful and the tourist shops were good. The Bulla bus was great to pop back and forth to Denarau which we used for our evening meals. The pools were lovely and never crowded. The beach was fantastic with loungers on the grass in the shade. The gardens were very well maintained. It was a perfect family location but a bit basic for just adults looking for the Hilton quality holiday.

The curtains were half hung when we arrived, there was only one bed for 2, with 2 towels, 2 robes but our booking was for 3 people, and there was a plastic on the ground

Limited lunch/dinner options, produce quality not great (particularly proteins, fish aside)... but in villa could prepare our own food sourced from nearby supermarkets if we wanted. Breakfasts were good though. Also we when checked in, they tried putting us in 3 interconnecting hotel rooms not the 2 bedroom villa we booked, which was a disappointing way to arrive but ultimately rectified.

2 bedroom beachfront villa was a great size and well appointed. Some minor maintenance / upkeep issues due to age, but nothing that was ultimately problematic/impeded our stay. Pools were great, ocean is nice to swim in (the sand is obviously dark, but clean), Kids Club was fantastic and our 5 & 7yr old wanted to go almost daily without us forcing/asking.

Room and porch furniture and upholstery had some visible wear and tear/stains. Some power outlets and the bathroom fan in the room weren't working, so we had to boil water for our tea with the kettle on the floor and after a shower it was better to ventilate the room by opening the porch sliding door for a few minutes, and have the ceiling fan on.

Beachfront room with porch had a great view and was as pictured on the website, restaurants were excellent, as was nightly restaurant entertainment. Huge resort with a long coastline and great views throughout, good resort amenities and facilities, including watersports and island charters available from the beachfront. Friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. In-room requests were responded to fairly promptly. Accommodated an earlier check-in, and had change/shower facilities at reception. Good in-room wi-fi. Close to Port Denarau for cruises and tours, and shopping/dining.

Quite a tired property - sliding toilet door did not shut, shower water was often cold, shared pool outside our room was green (and took 3 days to fix). Not swimmable when it was green. If there was a problem reception couldn’t solve - the staff member would disappear to the back office (we experienced 45 min wait). This happened on more than one occasion. Deli staff didn’t meet the same high standard as breakfast staff - waited 1 hour for a sandwich (and only 3 other people at the Deli).

The breakfast staff were superb - as was the breakfast options. A well oiled machine! Swimming pools were not crowded (you didn’t need to secure a lounger in the morning). Cleaning staff were great - they did a fantastic job. Restaurant next to the adult’s pool was great and the food was varied and reasonably priced. Went there a couple of times. The option of having a barbecue outside our room was great

The beach is quite bad, muddy and definitely not worth going to.

Great rooms, pool, restaurant and friendly staff. Great place to stay in between main trips to explore Fiji.
