Getting a golf cart transfer to anywhere was very hit and miss. They need more buggies and drivers in peak season.

The buffet breakfast is absolutely incredible and some of the F&B staff service was absolutely excellent.

better attention to the ala carte meals in the buffet restaurant. Attention to customers who order from the menu was poor. the quality of the food was poor as well.

the Lagoon restaurant had some good choices. The hosts were very pleasant.

The pillows were way too soft no support for neck . And I suggest the convent shop should be open later than 9.00pm . Should also have more restaurants for dinner

Found the pool areas to be underwelming compared to other resorts. Very conjested with children and noise, except for the adults pool, which was tiny.

Our overwater bure met all expectations, it was amazing. Room service struggled to get our orders correct, delivering incorrect orders, thus taking 1.5hours before we actually got our food. Restaurant dinners were nice.

I would love too see my son swim just infront of our room but we can't do much as it has rules. Please in the future, get a life guard so guest can just enjoy their swim right infront of where they staying.

BREAKFAST - was more then we expected.There was a lot of varieties and especially when you see the dalo in syrup, vakasoso, and cassava that are cooked in a way that is very irressitable. DINNER - I was expecting more seafood but our dinner at the hotel was nothing more then extraordinary. Love the curry, yummy , the way the food was presented and the different varieties of food that was provided. ROOM - The room was so beautiful and facing the beach which unfortunately we can't swim because of no life guards.But to get up in the morning and seeing the beach right infront of you is just enough to make you relax and enjoy our stay.

Communication within Bookings.com that when booking that the Food package was only for two people as we thought booking for three people it included all three people.

Amazing Experience enjoyed by the whole family. All the staff were amazing and friendly. The facilities were amazing. The pool swim up bar was also great.

Not good communication, sent few emails with questions and never got a response. Had to call to get any answers. Some bungalows and things looking bit old from outside and need upkeep on roof. Would just make it look a bit nicer.

Nice location, good resort. Plenty to do. Great breakfast buffet. Room was nice and comfortable and it's easy to get around the big resort.

- my son loved the basketball court but a lot of the time when he went to the kids club to request the ball the staff couldn’t find it.. we ended up purchasing a ball in town for him to use and donated this to the kids club when we left - pool bar only opened at 11am - some mornings we started swimming at 9am and it would have been nice to be able to get a drink (non alcoholic) as it’s usually quite hot at that time.

-Staff were so welcoming and friendly -Facilities were amazing, heaps of options to choose from -A lot of activities/dining packages planned for the guests over Xmas -Rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaners would come again in the evening to check if we needed anything else - Food was great and plenty of options with room service and restaurants - buffet breakfast was amazing, lots of options - staff were so accommodating with any special requests

We did not have refreshment drinks available during check in. We e also could not find it in our room in the day that we arrived. Some people receive a shell necklace when arriving. We did not get it… maybe just bad luck!

The fitness center is enough to maintain the fitness workout during vacations is all athletic levels! Cardio, strength and stretching/balance. It was great to have cold water, cold towels and a piece of fruit available! I was not expecting it!

Food was not good. You have everything but no taste. Not even salt. If the food was nice we would definitely give a 10. Please replace your chefs for main restaurant. lagoon and Fish restaurant
