Lots of non-residents loitering around the swimming pool area. Also lots of noise from drunkards' late night in hotel area. I would not be comfortable staying with my family knowing how much noise and non-residents exist in this hotel not just at nights but in the day time too.

The receptionist and manager on duty were really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very hygiene beddings...keep it up!

Water pressure was too low. It took a long time to shower every day. The handbasin area needs attention, looks filthy around the basin. Room is good, comfy beds. The big cupboard needs shelves for storage. Room needs rubbish bin. I got one when I asked for it. Can be noisy early mornings. It was disturbing to hear knocks on the door all the time asking for used towels so they could wash and redistribute. So, no sleeping late, get up n shower early. Sometimes had to ask for towels at night when they didn't leave enough. Restaurant was good n cheap. Location is great.

Even though the room was clean my husband nearly slipped in the bathroom. The shower had been left on so there was water on the bathroom floor, also found dead cockroaches in the bathroom. The next morning there were coackroaches running around in the bathroom. There was rubbish around the pool area.

Property is freshly painted, however facilities are looking tired. Queen bed was uncomfortable, not a good night sleep unfortunately. Guests would sit around the pool area until very very late in the evening, partying. The hot water in the shower took at least 5 minutes to come through, at a trickle, rather disappointing.

Old charm, grand in style, wide verandahs with ample places to sit and relax. Location, 1 minute walking distance to town, shops and ATM. The staff were very welcoming and responsive to my needs, including a late checkout. I paid for a suite which was spacious on the ground floor and opposite the pool.

Much maintainence was needed. Things were broken and missing. We were supplied one towel and one mug for 2 people. Was very noisey as an event was happening in the evening. We had a poolside room.

THE LINNEN IS SO OLD IT IS GREY. THE TOWELS ARE THREAD BARE. THE FURNITURE IN THE ROOM IS MORE THAN DATED. THE LIGHTING IS DODGY.

THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT. THE BREAKFAST CHOICES WHERE GOOD. THE RESTAURANT STAFF WERE FRIENDLY. THE ROOM SIZE IS GOOD.

Beddings and pillows are very old and over used. On our 2nd day, dogs barked and howled right outside the rooms. The staff is very relaxed but the restaurant could not be reached at any time for room service. We were told the restaurant is really buzy and they couldn't answer calls but when we looked thru the doors, there was only 1 table occupied
