Plenty of facilities all within the compound. Beautiful hospitality and friendly staff. Plenty of activities for families with children. Such proximity to beach/lagoon with crystal clear waters (if you don’t want to travel to other islands)

Small stuff such as Food options and size of the room for the price. I would have preferred some variations in the breakfast menu. It was literally the same each morning.

Extremely professional and polite staff, always going extra mile to assist. Nice beach, amazing evening shows, band and beach party. Fire dance was just spectacular.

Having stayed at the Resort over 13 years ago I was looking forward to returning. Whilst overall the resort continued to be a lovely place to stay, my Spa experience was disappointing. The cleanliness of the changing area, lockers and shower cubicles was disappointing. They were tied, untidy and even had rubbish in them. The treatment rooms were 'dark' and the décor tied. The Therapist was polite however, communication regarding the treatment process was limited. Given the cost of the facial, and my past spa experience (13 years ago) this spa experience was very disappointing.

We liked the range of restaurant options at the resort which provides us with a range of choices. The beach was beautiful and the tranquility pool and associated area were just wonderful. The grounds where immaculate and we really enjoyed the garden tour.

Felt the staff were instructed to be too much in the background losing the beautiful Fijian spirit that we encountered at other Fijian resorts.

The property is set in the most beautiful location. The Navo restaurant and adults only pool a paradise for the more elderly. The swimming and snorkelling of the beach is wonderful.

Exceptionally friendly & helpful staff. Golf buggy style transport around the complex a great idea. Great supply of towels for pool. Prompt attention to minor issues was appreciated. Great kids club activities.

The rooms were big but the furniture choice in the room was bulky, making them a bit of a hazard, especially in the middle of the night when the lights are off. I think some of the food & drinks were quite pricey.

The resort is quite big with 2 swimming pools and 3 restaurants, lots of food options.

The hotel is situated right by the beach, with stunning views and easy access to the water. The hotel itself is modern and new, with impeccable facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every need was met throughout our stay. The resort has three restaurants, each offering delicious cuisine in a beautiful setting. The highlight for our group was the massive kids swimming pool, (perfect for kids), an adult only infinity pool and the white sandy beach with crystal-clear water. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Intercontinental and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway.
