The bedsheet was stained badly or was moldy in several spots close to the end of the bed. But the house keeping staff did not change it. Instead they pulled a blanket to cover the dirty areas. We did not discover this until the next day, as we were about ti check out.

It's location close to the seashore. The studio room is nice, largely clean and is quite comfortable.

Electricity in the entire area went off and the generators were overworked so we had fluctuating power on one of the days that we stayed. All other 6 days were flawless.

On arrival manager was in attendance and they guided & greeted us very nicely. Pool is lovely and there were not too many guests so we pretty much had the use to ourselves. Location is fantastic! Location could not be better for snorkeling, lots of restaurants & markets, with a great shop right next door! Apartments were clean, anything extra like towels that we needed were readily available and the staff was amazing.

The apartment has room for improvement to make it more homely eg wall decoration, curtain or blinds in the living area, more kitchen equipment, plants, lamps. The ac unit was dripping water. The electric plugs were loose in the wall. There is plenty of room to create more storage.

Induction cooktop without induction cookware. Asked for induction fry pan but staff was unaware of difference. She was friendly and helpful, it was not her fault, she had not been trained on what induction cookware was. Oven had just been installed but not set up properly. We were given incorrect wifi info but figured it out ourselves eventually. Keys need to be used a particular way which we were not told about so we locked ourselves out of the apartment. Manager was there immediately to help us and teach us how to use keys. Bellhop did not tell us of our secondary room, we discovered it on our own. Staff need more training.

There's not too much to do in the area but we didn't mind as it was nice to get away from busy city life. The rooms could do with a couple of small improvements. 1. Cushions for the sofa 2. Curtains in the living room 3. Connect the aerial cable on the TV to allow guests to watch live TV

Great apartment and the pool is lovely. The Indian restaurant downstairs was very good and well priced with live music both nights we were there.

Its located at the busy road so can hear car noise all the time but cant blame to the hotel. Maybe has curtain at the living area to provide privacy will be better.

The staff and manager are very helpful and maintain this apartment well. The size of room is big with very comfortable bed. The food from restaurant downstair is very tasty and can buy some souvenirs from souvenir shop next door.

- There was traffic noise from the road tight outside that occasionally woke us up in the night. Overall, considering how close the road is, it wasn’t a nuisance but just something to be aware of when booking. - Sitar isn’t ideal for breakfast, our recommendation would be to get the bus ($3 for 2) into Sigatoka, get some breakfast stuff at the supermarket, and make your own. - When sitting by the pool, there was a whiff of sewage that got blown through every 5-10 minutes. Not enough to make us leave the pool by any means, but enough for us to think “Oh wow…. anyway”.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was spotless, spacious and absolutely perfectly suited to our needs. The pool was also great and the area was spotless. The jewel of the whole place is Sitar Indian and Thai restaurant situated underneath the apartment complex. For lunch and dinner, this place was amazing. Huge menu, great value specials and overall a great, rustic vibe and absolutely value prices.

The description of the location wasn't very accurate: it's at least 1.5 h drive from the airport, not 1h as stated in the description the beach across the street is not actually the beach and most of the beaches in the area are either private or dirty very noisy because of the busy road - lots of trucks even at night time I think the restaurant has karaoke nights so the music is insanely loud until 10pm (the whole building was vibrating)

1. The BRED swipe machine wasn't working when we arrived and through the duration of our 2 day stay, inconveniences Mr as I had 2 travel 2 Sigatoka to get cash 2 pay. There should be other bank vendors to process ATM cards at reception. 2. Loud partying from other guests, should be told to stop by 10pm each night.

The apartment building faced a very busy road, where there was a lot of traffic and construction going on. That made the stay a bit noisy and the view not very esthetic. I was hoping to be on the beachside of the road.

The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and the local people were very friendly. We loved eating at the Sitar restaurant that is on the ground level of the building. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful.

The location though quite and scenic was bit far from the local shopping centers. Also it would have been great if the hotel provided day tour services as getting a taxi everyday could be bit of a challenge

It was super easy to check in and the staff at the reception was very helpful. The staff surely went above and beyond to accommodate their guests and provided a great customer service.

We had loved more storage space on closets and hooks for towels in the apartment.

The friendly staff is really outstanding. We loved the large apartment with sea view and the very good food in Sitar restaurant (breakfast & dinner). The pool is also very clean.
