I found that the property doesn’t offer enough beach space for guests. There was a large university group there when I was there and they just took over. The staff in activities seem tired and bored. There was also much loud work happening that was not advised upon booking. Going to rest and relax and listen to banging, chainsaws and jackhammers not so much fun.

The property is beautifully situated with an incredible house reef to snorkel. The restaurant is uniquely placed at the top of a long staircase with lovely views and a seabreeze.

It was hot in the tree bure, next time I’d get an air conditioned room as it was challenging to sleep.

You have to eat at the restaurant (as there is only one resort on the island and no shops which is obviously positive and you are taken to the office on arrival to pay for the meals for the days you are staying. The food wasn't terrible but it could be improved. The trips from the resort were a bit on the pricey side too. I would have stayed at different resorts if i had longer (so a few nights on a few different resorts) - you can get packages to do this and it is a lot cheaper than booking through booking.com

stunning location. Staff friendly, lovely greeting and farewell. The best snorkelling I have done just off the beach. Isolated. Even in rainy season i would recommend visiting. Very organised transport on safe boats from main land.

We had not realized the resort is also a hostel, so we were surprised how young our fellow travelers were. Not an issue, just surprising.

We felt instantly welcomed and enjoyed our air conditioned room, the location, the facilities and the fabulous snorkeling just off the beach. Sunset views from the restaurant were outstanding. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

- when booking it should be made clear that the price advertised on Booking.com does not include the 139 Fijian dollar a day per person food bill which is mandatory. Don’t mind paying this as there is no where else to eat but it would have been nice to know in advance

- The location is stunning, coral reef all around the island - food was good - Staff are friendly - lots of free activities as well as paid ones

They should add the meal plan to the total cost of the stay instead of having to pay it separately. The communal area wasn't as advertised on the website and the cocktails were a little watered down.

Room was pretty expensive considering you had to share a bathroom. Also the meal plan price of $140 per day was a surprise and really made the stay more expensive than expected.

There is a mandatory meal package to pay when you arrive which is expensive. I think this common on most islands though Food was only so-so Snorkelling from the beach was only ok - to be fair I've done a lot of snorkelling so I might be being slightly harsh

The island was gorgeous, amazing cocktails thank to the 2 bar staff for that Staff were very friendly and kind. Our room was gorgeous and in a perfect location. The bathroom was also gorgeous.

We were excited to scuba dive, but the scuba tanks were filled with contaminated air. Felt like we were sucking on car exhaust during an otherwise great dive. Skipped additional dives. We alerted them, but they were not able to fix the same day.

The snorkelling was very good. We saw lots of different fish and beautiful corals. Good entertainment. Lovely people.

Laundry pricing ridiculous. 36 bucks for a few items. Bit of a piss take. Overpriced drinks in comparison to other islands.

Overall had a lovely stay. Staff were amazing bar a couple in reception. The snorkelling is amazing right off the beach. Food was pretty good. Our room met expectations. Drinks overpriced in comparison to other islands. Village trip was very good. Nice coffee. The guys at the dive shop are so nice and informative.
