We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GuamA bit noisy with other guests talking outside the stair ways or outside their rooms early morning and middle of the night. Probably best to inform all guest to be mindful with other guest next door.

NetherlandsRooms are very small and need fixing. We got our room and when we entered it, the bed was all wet from a leakage. So we got a different room and at night we noticed that the airconditioning was broken. So in the morning we asked for a third room. This room was an upgrade and was better and three times as big. Breakfast is just two pieces of toast with butter, that’s it. The whole hotel just need some rework.

ItalySome Indian staff not really friendly. Hotel definitely needs maintenance. Restaurant and outdoor area below standards, more like a hostel type (see photos). I had to ask several times to turn on hot water for shower. Enough for a stop over, nothing more.
Good location close to shops, market and bus terminal. Great wifi available in the room and common areas. Fijian ladies very friendly.
