Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaSometimes it took a little while to get served your drink and/or food at the Blu bar/restaurant but we do understand that it’s the main one and very busy! Staff were always very apologetic if we had a delay.
LOVED the buffet breakfast! While we were there we endured cyclone Mal and the staff were very informative and eased everyone’s concerns by giving very frequent weather updates + resort changes during this time. They were also very swift with the clean up! Loved the swim up bar in the pool. The room was fantastic. They did housekeeping everyday. Was also handy to have the minimart on site for any last minute needs! It was also overcast the whole time we were there but it didn’t matter at all because it was still hot and still beautiful!
