Pool water could have been a bit cleaner, main pool area was often cloudy.

We had a suite with cooking facilities which gave our family of 3 plenty of space. The room was clean and modern with a large bathroom and lounge area. Close to the pool but still quite. The resort has nice grounds to explore and find quite spots. We were there at peak holiday time and was very busy in the main pool are with kids everywhere. This is a very popular family resort especially with younger kids under 10 years, for good reason tho as the pool is ideally suited for learn to swimmers. Excellent dinner and breakfast buffets. Very friendly helpful staff.

The main restaurant is in need of a good overhaul and refurbishment. The buffet breakfast was acceptable. Whilst the Lebanese restaurant had the best ambiance, the food was very dry and bland. It only offers one main bar aside from the swim up pool bar. It’s located near reception and it’s quite small and dark. It would have been nice to have a bar near the beachfront area.

It’s a great resort for families with young children. The pool area has shade in parts which is good to have. Kids loved the water slide. It also offers an adult only pool. The spa facility was also good. The Italian and Thai food were the best. The Teppanyaki (only seats 6) was also very good. Our king courtyard room was quite large with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge & dining area, washer & dryer and we had another (interconnecting) room with 2 double beds. This worked very well. The staff were all very nice.

We understand it is difficult to prevent, but the flies and birds around the buffet were off-putting.

The staff at the Radisson Blu are truly wonderful, they really were the highlight of our trip.

100% an amazing resort esp for families, definitely has a fun and safe vibe and everyone is super friendly… pool is amazing, cocktails aren’t watered down at all. You really have no reason to leave once u are there. All the food we ordered was really nice and it came really fast

We traveled with 2 small children and the staff were so kind and were playing with them gave so much attention and were genuinely interested in children! So welcoming, my 2 year old wouldn’t mind to stay there longer just with the staff! The most friendly staff I have ever experienced 😀 We spent Christmas and New Year’s there - very nice programs for this holiday period!!!

breakfast was great, enjoyed the adults only breakfast, which was of high quality, with complimentary flat white. Staff really friendly and helpful, even with an early morning flight to catch, and mistakenly leaving my phone at the desk... after which the desk staff called the taxi driver. Exceptional service that was really appreciated and saved me from a potentially awkward situation.

Nothing really. However the Xmas eve buffet was way over priced, we would have gone in if it was reasonable. The restaurant was half empty and a few families mentioned the price also. We just could eat that much food!! Also the pool closes way too early, 7pm is the best time to swim. I’d suggest moving it to 8pm

The breakfast buffet was good. The resort compactness was excellent, we loved the beach also! All and all, very good all round. My kids really enjoyed themselves
