The shower - no pressure, very temperamental hot / cold water, sometimes no water coming out of the tap! That's about all!

Amazing location, clear blue water - great snorkelling, very friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel like family. Nice food, reasonably priced. Fun cultural night.

We had a couple of days of rain this trip and they couldn’t get our phone or TV working. The other was that there was some maintenance required on some room decks. That said they we’re working on them and this is their first good season since Covid.

The staff were amazing, always helpful and always happy. They were also amazing with the kids. This is our second trip to Fiji and have sampled many islands and mainland resorts and the meals on Tokoriki were the best we’ve had in Fiji.

Communication around reporting issues could have been better. It’s okay if matters are not resolved right away. Just tell the guest why to avoid stress and confusion. The food was quite expensive, but the experience didn’t match the hefty price tag.

The pressure of the water in the showers is very low, but I guess it’s because the hotel is on an island.

The staff of this hotel is just amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Big thanks to the nurse who helped us because of tummy problems.

The evening meals are a little pricey but being on an Island I suppose you have to factor in their transportation costs. It would be good to have a few more smaller or pub type meals for those that hungry in the evening.

Breakfast was amazing. Big shout out to Dean who was always available for anything we needed. We spent 4 days swimming from the beach the water was clean,clear and amazing.

Lack of tea and coffee making facilities. Limited food options at food venues - lunch/dinner options the same except for the Indian restaurant Curcumin which is open at dinner time on select nights. Uninspired chef - no specials. Staff lack knowledge of food options when asked. Bill being provided mid meal and being asked to complete. Pool towels not provided easily as I was at the adult section.

Location. Massive adults only bure accommodation with plunge pool facing the beach. Fresh hibiscus flower arrangement on arrival and each day in my room. Lovely friendly staff from reception, housekeeping and wait staff - Miriam, Illiesa, Mitzi, Annie, etc. Resort grounds well maintained. BBQ & cultural night was good.

Great location. The equipment associated with activities needs replacement. Pool cues and balls, table tennis bats etc. is old and in bad shape.

Inconsistent or at times, no Wi-Fi.

The food was ok, not very tasty, quite boring and most dishes had a sameness. The chicken dish on the cultural evening had very little flesh on the chicken bones. I feel most meals were pitched to children’s taste buds.

The only real letdown was when we arrived we had a 3 hour wait for our room as they had not booked us into what we had a confirmation for, being one of best rooms. This was greatly disappointing as we had been so excited and the buzz of arriving was taken away because of the issue. But they really did try to look after us while we waited with beverages and a bite to eat, and a credit which we used toward the coco palms dinner which we really enjoyed. So although a disappointing start it ended up being a wonderful vacation.

We had a wonderful relaxing 5 night stay in an oceanfront plunge pool room in the adults section. A highlight was the snorkelling trip to Monuriki and surrounding reefs. We also loved exploring Tokoriki island. The food and cocktails, service and staff were lovely and overall really enjoyed our stay! Oh and hugely suggest those booking get their private plunge, great addition!

Shower water pressure was strange (would intermittently flow normally and then slow down to a dribble). Pool was cold (but ocean much warmer) - we went in late June.

Exceptional staff service. Beautifully kept grounds. Great morning buffet. Great options for food each night (no double ups over our 4 nights there). I would definitely recommend the breakfast and dinner package as you'll end up paying double but eating half the amount of food if you don't get it (with the package, for dinner you get either a main plus entree, or a main plus dessert for each person).
