The internet never worked for us. In this day and age- the internet neeeds to work. We could not check in for our flight on line or what’s app our taxi driver.The chairs in the lobby were old and ripped. The laundromat at the hotel was very dirty and not working for the guests. Did not eat in the restaurant

The location was great. Thank goodness they had a room for us. We booked somewhere else and it was horrible. We got on line and they were able to take us that night. Only issue was- they promised us twin beds on our second night but that didn’t happen. Very dissatisfied The area was good with a supermarket not far from the hotel for snacks. Close to the beach.

For context, I only stayed 24hrs. When I checked in, there was a very nice and friendly member of the team at reception however it felt like she was trying to do too much all at once. This became clear when I tried to check out and there was no receipt to confirm I’d paid for my airport shuttle and the receptionist at that time took my key and then told me that they hadn’t. It became a little tense but we ironed it out in the end. My advice would be to ensure you have a reference number if you have prepaid for your airport shuttle and don’t give your keys back until you are ready to receive your deposit

The communal areas were clean and tidy, the restaurant overlooks the beach and you can watch the beautiful sunset from it. Which is really nice

The shower pressure could use work, the restaurant attached to the hotel could use work on their service, however the food was nice

The ocean front room has a lovely view from the balcony, the beds were huge and comfortable, aircon was lovely and was great to have coffee making facilities

The whole place is very tired. It has obviously struggled through the pandemic with loss of income as basic maintenance is not done. Our shower needed all the silicone removed, the place disinfected and replaced. But I've stayed in worse hotels in tropical low income countries pre-pandemic, so this was fine as a transit hotel.

Ease of check-in at our late hour. Restaurant on beach for breakfast served good food and was fairly quickly served.

The shower in the dorms worked very weak. The location is far from the city center. You have to take a taxi

In relation to the other cheap hostels where there is a fire show and a kava ceremony, you have easy access to the beach and a pool, and there is also a restaurant

Bathroom in the dorm was very dirty, with insects roaming around. The cleaning staff were sometimes joking loudly while people were trying to sleep. It is very cheap, but they make you pay for the wifi and take a deposit for lockers and towels.

Fun backpackers vibe, easy to get to from the airport. The beach is decent.

Restaurant service was slow. I expect it to be a little slow as life on the islands are slow but sometimes it took 15 minutes before anyone came over to ask if we wanted service. Menu selections limited. Food was good. The water on the beach is polluted. Not clear and pristine like the other outer islands. Next time. Would travel to one of the other islands. As a former wastewater treatment plant operator I realize not all second world countries do not have wastewater treatment but they need to do start now.

Good value, employees very friendly, a good pick up place for tours.

the hotel next door had a DJ on with horrible and super loud music on (specially during dinner time) which took away the calm vibes happening on our hotel which had a lovely singer, doing some live chilled music on the most beautiful sunset! (the guy definitely didn't read the room)

WiFi was weak and didn't cover all areas of the venue and expensive. Venue's airport shuttle more expensive than taxi. Table service was often very slow in the restaurant.

Location was great, step straight onto the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of opportunities to book activities helped by hotel consultant.

On arrival towels were not available. I had a shower only to discover towels were not available as they were in the laundry so had to drip dry until I could get dressed. My bed was exceptionally uncomfortable though it was clean!

Great location, right on the beach in Nadi. Near to the supermarket. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The lovely staff definitely were the highlight

Rooms could use a freshen up. Hotel caters for backpackers with dorms downstairs.

Bar and restaurant very clean and well set up. Meals are good. Staff are very friendly.
