We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

New ZealandVery very poor checkin, did not have 2 rooms as booked and reception stuff lied about being full so a lot of mucking around to get back my original booking. Also shuttle was 50minutes later than requested so very nearly missed our flight. Absolutely useless people at the front desk were of no help. Also be wary of day-stayers using the pool etc....some very questionable sexual inuendo and propositioning happening with guests.
Good facilities and excellent bar and support staff. The lady in the restaurant was simply the best!

FijiNo pool towel provided, we had to use our room towel. the room floor was very dirty would not recommend walking in the room without shoes. no hair dryer in the room unlike other Tanoa hotels that i have stayed in. the air con in my room was not working properly. they should really look into that.
Good and secure parking with good size room and comfortable bed. Nice and friendly staff. The meals I ordered through room service was nice too.

Australiadripping taps ,phone charger blew on my first night ,no one in hotel had spare charger that I could borrow i was disappointed as I was one my own my phone battery died and I couldn’t communicate with my relatives I had to asked so many strangers if they could lend me one but unfortunately no one had iPhones charger the girls at the shop had one but she was about to close up so I managed to charge my phone just to notify my families if I was ok the day I checked out i was promised at the reservation that my covid test results will be sent on my Email No Email forwarded to me still waiting for my certificate i could understand how tourist had to quarantine for 3 days for covid test done and if it’s negative they can leave ,but there was a wedding party for about 80 outside guests on my second day at the Hotel venue if anyone of the guest could’ve had the virus that could have been spread it around in the community

FijiLimited food options in the menu. Hallways were usually wet due and slippery due to guest going to and fro the swimming pool. Sliding door of the bathroom was stuck most of the time. The rooms were stuffy upon entry and AC Units require maintenance.
We were provided free dinner alongside our package. The food was good and the pool was of sufficient size and clean.

FijiThe staff could have given a heads up on how to open the room with the keycard as it was a bit of a struggle. I've usually been to hotels where you tap the keycard, but for Tanoa, you have to insert the key card and then take it out and then twist the handle to open which we weren't aware of and the keycard inside the room which had to be inserted correctly to allow usage of electricity in the room. Food took almost an hour to come out, which was annoying. Apart from that, it was great.
Well maintained. Resembles the pictures to a certain extent. Value for money.
