Sadly we did not have a good stay this last weekend in our room.. Seemed like we got shoved in an old outdated room by the far end of 1 side of the hotel. So far from the restaurant and pool and all amenities. The room did not seem it belonged to a high 4 star rating hotel like yourself charging so much money for crappy room. We had a very terrible night sleep and terrible stay overall. The room was very disappointing. Bed too small for 2 adults.....Shower door barely functioning and the room and bathroom not even similar to photos shown when doing booking. Not a pleasant stay at all. Really upsetting and awful bad first experience for us Not even worth the money we paid for 1 night and not what we expect from such a good rated hotel!!

It was good communication, kept receiving your multiple messages prior to our stay. Very good welcome by your staff and all staff lovely whenever we cross them by, unfortunately that's where it ended.

Rating would’ve been higher if the hotel returned our emails over the past week regarding the return of our $250 deposit that we had to make at the start of the trip and we’re initially told could be taken off our bill at the end but then couldn’t be at the end of our stay, where we were told it would be refunded into the nominated bank account (however it has been a week and have sent numerous emails and have not received a response nor our refund). Once we do I will be changing my rating.

It was amazing. Definitely do the all inclusive, we all loved it. Staff were absolutely amazing. It is fantastic for kids.

I couldn't fault anything.

First and foremost, the Fijian people are genuinely welcoming and friendly. Our stay at Naviti was the best due to them. Naviti is a beautiful place my family and I will return to every year. The rooms were cleaned every day, which was so nice to come back to after leaving in a hurry every day. We bought the all-inclusive package which is definitely a must. The food was amazing - breakfast/lunch/dinner. The kids and adult activities were great. You had the glass boat ride, snorkeling, kayaking, a 9-hole golf course, and many many more activities or if you just wanted to laze around for the day, just bask in the wonderful weather.

Didn't like that my price on booking.com was different to what was going to be charged and had to show proof if email and that email also said fruit and bubbly would be in room but this differed from what staff thought

it's not a major deal but the toilet door in room, when people go for number 2s, it can be quite annoying lol

The staff were lovely and helpful. The resort is run by staff who really care about the environment and care about the people coming in and out. The activities provided are amazing Kids club staff are Awesome. Staff and cleaning rooms thoroughly and I cant wait to come back home :)

The all inclusive was not explained at all on check in so we didn’t realise what we could and couldn’t do until late in the stay. Went to book the cruises that come with the aall inclusive and they were all booked out until after we left so was a waste of money including that. No adults only area so a million kids running everywhere was not nice for a couple. Big families reserved the pool chairs and you are very lucky if you get one. Snorkelling is no good at all, very murky and dirty water.

All inclusive definitely worth it if your planning to get lots of drinks. Staff are lovely. Service a bit slow at the bar but not as bad as other resorts. Adults only restaurant nice and quiet however food still average. Our room was a garden double room and looked over the pool, was very nice with good aircon. Check in was fast and easy. Drinks at bar were SO strong and SO good.

Maybe more paddle boards available at popular times? Also, maybe invest in a kids' playground so children don't use the (limited) hammock chairs/hammocks as play equipment and take them from people who actually want to use them for their intended purpose. Other than that, it was great.

The food was poor, and very expensive. Yes children under 12 ate free, but not a good selection or quality. Comunication was not good. We wanted to visit the Warrick to compare, but we were not permitted to enter the grounds even though it is owned by the same company. We found the location was not good. It was too remote. They didnt give you any milk or bottled water in your room.There was no plug in basin. Did ask for one but didnt get it. On one day we only got one towel for two people. No alarm clock.

I would’ve liked better options for the pastries. Orange Juice and Apple juice should be available free of charge as well as the pineapple and berry juice. The all inclusive was very expensive and it wasn’t available for specific days, you either got it for the full time until the end of your stay or you wouldn’t get it at all. If you didn’t pay for all inclusive then it would’ve been extremely expensive as just lunch alone costs $60 each.

The pool was green for the ENTIRE stay with no explination of when it woudl be fixed. No offer AT ALL for a discount. We had to book day trips every day as the pool was in bad shape!!!!!

The pool area gets messy when kids are allowed drinks in the pool. While checking in at 2pm there was no more pool towels.

I l9ved the buffet dinner and the activities programmed for the night with amazing fireworks.

1. We checked (2 rooms) and they charged us twice! Long time to get the accounting to reverse the payment. When we will see the money back is to be seen. 2. Checked in at 14. Called many times to get towels. Nothing. At 19+ we lost patience and we finally got 2 only and for shower only. 3. The 'glass boat' to see the coral reef (25fjd each)? Small glasses which were dirty ans half broken. Engine on off every 2m had any fish escaping. 4. Breakfast option were few, no allergens shown (as all other Fijian hotels do) and people used cutleries for everything. 5. Pool full most of the time. People drinking inside and spilling 6. The curtains were not darkening at all. So sun wakes you up early, too early.

Needs improvement in rooms lighting, more variety is needed at buffet breakfast and flying bugs need to be controlled. Dinner time food and drinks delivery for table orders is very slow.

A quite location with well established tropical gardens by the sea. Friendly and welcoming local staff. Great live entertainment after dinners.
