TV didn’t work on our last two days. Cleaning staff were great but the general wear and tear in the rooms, linen, a noisy fridge are visibly in need of upgrades.

Top location near the port, great little cafe on site and more peaceful than the larger resorts.

The couch could use a good cleaning

Very roomy, 2 bedroom apartment-style hotel with plenty of kitchen ware, comfy beds and two showers. The reception staff was very kind, too! We didn't need the washer and dryer but it could be very handy. Great value for the area and price. Awesome location if you are coming or going to the islands; we literally walked across the street after our ferry at Port Denaru. The pool was small but we enjoyed cooling off, and the hotel was very accommodating & let us stay on property after our checkout, as we had a later flight home. Recommended

Furniture in the apartment bit dated. Smelled of mold as you enter apartment. Ceiling in room and bathroom dirty/stained.

Opposite Port Denarau with 5 minutes walk and access to restaurants, eating places, transport and shops. Eating place on site serving breakfast but did not eat there.

It was all fine

Was perfect place for what we needed to do. Bula bus if we didn't want to walk, but close to Sails restaurant & shopping centre. Pool lovely to cool off in & while not huge, it was still lovely. Staff super friendly & room huge.

The Palms is straight across the road from the marina so it is the perfect location. Our apartment was very clean and the rooms were big. Our balcony overlooked the pool which was nice.

Location was near the marina, it was clean, reception was staffed 24 hours, there was a gym and checkout wasn’t until 11am

Frying pan coating was coming off and some door handles were broken. Pool was a little small

Location! It was 2mins walk from Port Denarau marina so it was very convenient. It has basic kitchenettes so we could do simple cooking.

Cafe service wasn't great to begin with, they did improve as our stay progressed.

The location is perfect. A short walk across the road to the ferry terminal and small shopping center. The rooms are very spacious, bonus is the washer and dryer in each room. The hotel staff are always so warm and inviting, all wearing big smiles. The on-site cafe service wasn't the best on day 1 however they improved as our stay progressed. The kids loved the pool. Smoking friendly property, ashtrays supplied ok each deck table. Fully air-conditioned in the main living area as well as each room. We will definitely be back!

Location is excellent! 3 minute walk from the Malolo Cat and Port Denarau, so restaurants, shopping and supermarket. Our room was immaculate, staff were friendly and helpful. Quick drive to airport.

One of the sinks was clogged, but there was an entire second bathroom, so it had no impact on my comfort. There is a bit of traffic to and from the port starting early in the morning, but this would only be a problem for very light sleepers.

The room I was given was huge. Beds were comfortable and plenty of areas to sit. Bathrooms were large and the kitchen was set up nicely if I were to have stayed there longer to use it. The location was very convenient being just across the street from the port, making it easy for me to get dinner, shop, and catch the ferry the morning after my stay.

Price was a little high for Family budget, however would stay again

Clean and updated rooms. Large space in our unit. Nice pool. Convenient Cafe on property for morning coffee. Close proximity to marina and restaurants. Pleasant Staff and helpful.
