Our room was right across a building site on the seafront. It's ok as we still had partial views of the amazing sea. But it was during 2 stormy nights when the plastic cover of the building site kept us awake as it kept flapping in the strong winds. Breakfast was okay and would be great to have a bit of variety if staying more than 2 days. But over-all the food was substantial and service was good.

Staff were exceptionally helpful! Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff... they really made us feel welcome and looked after.

Extremely faint lighting in bathroom -- with walls painted black. Staff unable to process request for earlier departure. Receptionist told me to solve problem at check out, only to be told the next day -- sorry too late, you should have done it yesterday.

The view from my room was at a rocky wall behind the building - would not have been a problem if was not there a pile of rubble from a construction site (the hotel should clean the site around its vicinity).

Location very close to the bus station in Torshavn, easy to get to. Clean room. The breakfast was ample and various, however there was one day when it was not served from 7 AM as the staff forgot that it was autumn daylight saving hour change (was not a big issue for me thou). Friendly staff.

There was a quite unpleasant smell in our room which after some minutes we would get used to so not that big deal.

The staff was really friendly and helpful and the breakfast which is always included was one of the best parts of our stay. Overall the room was pretty clean but there was no mini fridge for us to store some goods we had. The beds were comfy and there was e coffee machine we could use to make either coffee or tea in our room. There was a coffee machine in the breakfast lounge which was accessible 24/7, a perfect way to start your day with a free coffee to go.

Staff were not brilliant. One staff member let himself into my room without knocking even though the door was locked! I guess he thought it was empty but it was pretty shocking. Cleaners failed to refresh shampoo and other bits in the room which was frustrating. Most importantly, the hotel attempted to take (a large) payment from my account two weeks after my stay even though all accounts were settled at the time of departure. They apologised, after I contacted them, and said they made an "accounting error" but it's a pretty bad error to make!

The Hotel is well situated, a short walk from the transport hub and the city centre. Staff friendly; some more helpful than others. Room comfortable and generally quiet. Good shower and Wi Fi and a good breakfast.

First when we checked in, we were not given the room that we booked and should pay for. After pointing out the error being given the wrong room, the supervisor managed to make a switch to a right one. But things could be different if we checked in late.

We stayed one night after arriving with the ferry. The location is very convenient. It is only a short walk from Tórshavn but easy to stay with a car because you don’t need to drive to the center. Breakfast was yummy. Staff was nice and everything went super-smooth.

A room (booked for two people) was spacious, comfortably furnished and cozy. Central location of the hotel is also a very big plus. Breakfast selection was great.

Good vibe. I wish we had stayed here all the time and just done fast trips instead of staying in pretty ordinary hotels in Runavik and Klaksik. This is feasible with the tunnels.

We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was generous. The hotel is in a good location, just near the old town. Complimentary coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day. The staff are friendly, all our questions were answered quickly.
