“The setting was great, just by the lake. I had a studio in the annex with a small kitchen area which was very handy. The hotel owner was very friendly and welcoming, the other staff also very pleasant. I took breakfast in the hotel one morning before using the facilities in the studio-very good and a good price. Although it was misty and rained quite a lot during my stay, nonetheless I managed to see several of the immediate volcanic ranges without travelling too far and there were lower level walks to do as well as visiting the nearby town and chateau of Murol. It was low season but several restaurants were open- although they closed quite early. It was a very enjoyable stay”

The Hotel was located in-between Mont-Dore and Super-Besse which made it easy for us to drive to both these places. Room was well-equipped with all necessary kitchen-ware which was really helpful during our stay. Overall, it was an amazing experience”
