    “Yes you have I spoke to you yesterday and told your gîte was not suitable. Gate broken. My jeep could not park in parking place. Right on the main road. Dog excrement over the garden. Not been cleaned. You told me you were not interested and you would not refund me. So I’m going to customer services. I had to stay somewhere else. You pls e not acceptable.”

    “This is a charming old school hotel at the foot of the mountains in a lovely alpine village. I am sure it has hosted generations of skiers over the years. It is full of period posters and photographs of skiers and past alpine life. I had a lovely room with a balcony and a view of the mountains and the staff were charming on arrival. There is a good car park and lovely bars and restaurants nearby.”

    “Everything was great! We enjoyed the stay and conditions were superb on the mountains, even though it was the last weekend before closing for spring. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and cozy. The thermal pool is not far and the gondola lift is close as well. However I do recommend going to ski station Piau Engaly nearby for a day. We had amazing powder runs there, when in Saint Lary Soulan, there was almost no snow. It is only 30 min away by car The hotel even gave us two breakfast for free since it was the end of season. We will definitely come back.”
