The facility did not take the payment when we were checking in so we thought we are going to pay during checkout but we have been asked to make the payment in the middle of the night immediately. That was very unnecessary considering the fact that that was not our mistake and they could just wait until the next morning instead of waking the customer up.

The room was a bit cold, and the bathroom floor was very cold.

The hotel is very cute, located not far away from the metro (2 min walk) and approximately 20 minutes by metro to the city center. There is a grocery store nearby. The hotel staff speak English; they are very nice and helpful. It took us just 30 minutes and 20 euros to reach the CDG airport by taxi. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

After I made the booking they sent me a message for some additional tax that must be paid on site, not mentioned anywhere in the details before. It turned out that was because of the forthcoming Olympic Games in Paris, which is supposed to be well known for quite of period. That was a bit unpleasant moment, and after some clarification they offered a free cancelation if I wanted. After I refuse to cancel they assured me that coffee would be offered on arrival, as a small gesture I suppose. Well, they only made us pay the tax without the coffee.

The hotel is new, not quite finished but clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious. The staff was friendly and polite. I would say a good option for a short stay. There is a metro station nearby, but if you plan to use it on Sundays, better check it’s working days.

I honestly did not have anything I did not like. It was a great stay. OH! The room could use an extra light. That's all.

I loved staying here! I spent 3 nights in Spain for work and stayed another 3 nights in Paris at this hotel. It was great - super new, super clean, the rain showerhead and the bathtub were so nice, nice staff, good breakfast. The rooms are modern - I could not find an English TV channel to save my life - but the bed was huge and comfortable. The area is a tad seedy but I never felt unsafe. The metro that I used a lot was a few blocks away.

Best hotel ever visit in Paris. If you have any plan to go flea markets, this would be the best and wonderful option to stay. Brand new hotel facilities are amazing and the location is nice to stop by. The only thing I’d like to notice is staffs are toooooo kind!! They’re so awesome !! Thank you very much for the amazing hospitality and for sure to stay at this hotel again if I visit Paris again. Merci ! Big love !

it was a short distance from the metro lines 12/13. a convenient dumper market within a short walking distance. i believe because the hotel is new there was no signage displayed on the outside which made it slightly difficult to find. I say this to alert new visitors. All of the front desk staff were friendly, hospitable and helpful. i interacted with four different staff and all were consistently polite and helpful. The hotel is about a 30 min ride to CDG which is helpful if you are departing on an early flight. i would stay here again. Merci!

The bed was a bit hard. Little light overall, if you want to work. No chair. Hanging hooks in the bathroom would be welcome, it would also allow to have a green gesture and reuse the towel.

Brand new hotel, large rooms, large bed, lift, window. Industrial look, with warm details (carpet and wooden-like furniture). Good heating. Nice and spacious bathroom. Extra clean. At reasonable distance from Paris center.

It’s hard to give a proper review as the hotel was so obviously still being refurbished/constructed. My room was very clean and adequate but the ceiling was bare concrete with construction marks, the bathroom door frame had masking tape over it and the air conditioning vent hadn’t been attached to the wall, when the hotel is finished I would happily stay again, at least I hope it’s being built and not actually meant to look that way.

The staff are excellent, the location was perfect for my needs, the bed was very comfortable , noise levels were acceptable
