Nothing! Everything was perfect

Amazing apartment so well set up with everything you need for a great stay. Perfect location for exploring Aix right outside the front door. Very very quiet. Great bedroom and lovely bathroom and kitchen. Only noise was the church bells at 730am but these were nice to hear! Viviene was the best host meeting us on arrival and explaining access and the apartment. Viviene also went above and beyond with a few additional requests we had and nothing was too much trouble for her. You won’t be disappointed if you book to stay here

Can use a new mattress; it begins to sag on the edge. And, as a note for host, toiletries (soap, shampoos, etc) should be provided. As tourists, it’s very inconvenient for us to have to bring our own. It’s not that expensive and yet, it’s a great value for us tourists.

Everything. Location, very helpful host, clean facilities, peaceful window view of the courtyard. I RealAudio appreciated host went out of her way to provide us with early check in and being at the property to show us around. Viviane was a great host.

Nothing about the apartment. The only issue is that the apartment is a little expensive, even out of season.

The apartment is very comfortable and modern. It is located on the second floor of a historic eighteenth century building. It is very centrally located very close to the cathedral and near restaurants. It is in a street with many food shops, all lovely. They include a boulangerie, two charcuteries, one of which specialises in Alsace food; also a Greek grocery and a small supermarket. The hostess is delightful and very helpful and informative.

Directions were very clear, apartment was spotless, view including the garden was spectacular. Quiet yet immediately available to the exciting hustle and bustle of everyday life in Aix.

We loved everything about the apartment and the personal service from Viviane made our stay even more special. Her graciousness when our train from Nice was delayed 4h was much appreciated. The apartment is a quiet oasis in the old town of Aix-en-Provence. If you’re lucky enough to get a booking here don’t hesitate. It’s an enormous privilege to stay on the grounds of a stunning medieval cathedral.

I really liked the appartment, and I will be back when I will be in Aix next time. It's very quiet and peaceful even though it's in the center of the city. There is a garden, and it was really nice to look at garden from the room.

Our only complaint was that the sofa was not very comfortable. But that was a very, very minor inconvenience for us (with a bad back). Everything else was just perfect.

This apartment was even better than the excellent reviews led us to expect. It was beautifully appointed and furnished, clean and cozy, and perfect for an extended stay in beautiful Aix-en-Provence.

Beautifully decorated and furnished, with a lovely view of a quiet landscaped courtyard. Wonderfully located in the historical town center, near the cathedral, but away from the dense areas of restaurants and crowds. And Viviane, the apartment owner, personally met us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the apartment, and made herself available throughout our stay to answer questions - she is delightful!

A beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in the centre of old Aix. Bars, restaurants, boulangerie and other shops all close by. Despite being so close to everything, it really is a lovely, quiet and calm space.

Great location, accommodation, and host. We really have no objections, the apartment is completely renovated and equipped for a shorter or longer stay. The host is very cooperative about check-in. The position of the apartment practically in the center is perfect for discovering the charms of Aix-en-Provence.

The other side of the coin of living in a pedestrian old town is the car access- obvious but worth mentioning. If you have a car, there is Pasteur Parking nearby , 5 min walk, €7 per night or €20 per day- if you want ease- same than most hotels.

The property is located in the heart of old Aix en Provence, pedestrian city with many bars, restaurants and fantastic good vibe. However the appartement is very very quiet, with a nice view of the Cloister garden. Best of both worlds! The apartment is spotless, well organized and quite large. Vivianne makes you feel very welcome.
