Jean-Louis and Catherine are the perfect hosts. Their attention to detail, hospitality and warmth are second to none. Breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed getting to know Jean-Louis - his recommendations and knowledge of the area made our trip special. Absolutely wonderful hosts and situated right in the heart of Eymet yet in a lovely quiet area. One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in, very peaceful and quiet with lots of extra 'little touches'. Jean-Louis is a lovely host, a very friendly character with a great sense of British humour too! Nothing was too much trouble for him. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone in the area

We’ve stayed with John Louis & Catherine twice now and both times have been wonderful! They go out of their way to be helpful, our most recent time staying with them was just before our wedding where we had guests staying with us too, they ironed my mums dress for the wedding and helped with escorting guests to the chateau and airport. They are wonderful people with a wonderful property and a delicious breakfast. Could not recommend more. The location is also brilliant, 30 seconds walk to the main square.

Catherine and Jean Louis are wonderful people and hosts. Probably the most welcoming and fun hosts I have come across on all my travels, I cannot recomed their place and their hospitality more highly! And Eymet is a delight!

Location of this property is a 2 minute walk approximately, to Eymet square where there is a choice of restaurants and bars. Parking was a breeze, either directly outside the property or in neighbouring streets. Bed was extremely comfortable, and en-suite was a nice size with an amazing shower.

Excellent location, 2-3 min walk to the centre of the village. The hosts were great, very friendly and helpful, provided good local information and suggestions for days out. Good simple breakfast, home made preserves served with fresh breads and croissants, fresh fruit and lashings of coffee/juices.

the chambres d’hôte is situated in a side street just a 2 minute walk to the main square. it’s is very comfortable to the point of luxurious and very clean. Jean Louis is a wonderful host and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat

The only minor issue is fans instead of air con. It does say this on the site and the fans did suffice in the end.

Jean-Louis was incredibly helpful throughout and the highlight of our trip! 52 Eymet arranged transport from the airport to the hotel and also took us to and from wedding venues we were planning to visit during our stay. On these drives he also took us to see various sites and scenic routes through the vineyards. The bnb is beautiful and has so much charm, often spending our relaxing time in the sunny courtyard. We were also given lots of recommendations and knowledge about the local area. The breakfast was great and Jean-Louis personally picked some plums for us which were amazing. Would 100% recommend to anyone and our wedding guests.

There was nothing to dislike. 52 Eymet is perfection for an establishment of this type in the Dordogne.

The owners of this wonderfully small chambre d'hotes are personable, engaging, and attentive.the rooms are charming and comfortable, and they are impeccably tidy. The grapevine garlanded courtyard is a jewel for breakfast, light lunch, or aperitifs.
