The perfume of common areas is a bit too strong. Lift system cumbersome and time consuming.

Proximity to work and to centre (25’ walking distance). Very well served by public transports. Excellent restaurant on 9th floor. Spacious room with kettle and coffee machine, ironing set, very comfortable mattress.

The pillow is too big and too soft. There are disturbing lights in the room (fire alarm system, A/C control panel, TV power).

The location is close to the center, just a few tram stops or 2 km walk. The hotel is new, the staff members are friendly, professional and informative. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Nice restaurants nearby, Carrefour is also a big plus. I would stay here again.

I loved the decoration and the overall atmosphere. Our room was bright, well-equipped and comfortable, the bed was extraordinary and the complementary toiletries were very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a nice and relaxing stay.

Nice room, very clean, no noise, and a very comfortable bed. Welcoming staff. I liked the room design, with the washbasin separate from the shower/toilet corner. This feels so much more hygienic and clean.

It is a fairly long trip from the train station, however it is possible to do it with no transfers when using public transport so not that bad.

Great hotel right in the European sector with a load of upscale dining options nearby. The hotel bar was fantastic and the staff friendly. The Christmas market begins about a 5 minute tram ride away.

Carpet in hallways looks like there was a massive water leak that caused mold. Recommend replacing all of it. Ugly.

The key card reader in the lift is annoying. Guests don't know if they should scan the card first and then press the floor or vice versa. Had this problem myself and saw many others have it as well.

Very close to the EP, you can actually come back for a nap during the lunch break. Newly built, everything works, staff is nice. Interesting design, very clean.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Location was quiet and safe, with mostly all-round access to a nearby supermarket, and 10 mins by tram from the centre of Strasbourg. From the hotel, we were able to travel by tram anywhere we wanted in Strasbourg, even on Christmas day. Hotel also provided DIY laundry facilities, which were very useful over the holiday period.

I'll be honest, both me and my friend didn't like the hotel decor on the carpet - I know, a stupid thing, but it always looked like they had had a water leak and the colours made the corridors look dirty (although they weren't). Also, even though me and my friend are good friends and don't mind sharing a room, the bathroom and toilet being a sliding frosted glass door wasn't what we expected of an upmarket hotel really (sorry if we're coming across as British prudes -we're not, but a bit more privacy would have been nice).

Very close to a tram stop and in a quieter part of the City and so no real noise issues. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop bar (though not good for my vertigo with the floor to ceiling windows for the view 🤣). Very spacious rooms. Staff allowed us to drop off our luggage before the checking-in time which helped as we had quite a few hours to carry our luggage around otherwise - and as we travelled when the Christmas markets were on and there were baggage checks at every point into the older city centre part this would have been very time consuming. Very good communication from staff in advance as I had asked, on behalf of my friend, as to whether there were vegan options for breakfast.

You need to pass through the toilet to go to the shower, which is not the best in my view. Shower door also did not close very well and water were floating the toilet

A new hotel close to European Parliament. Everything seems Marriott standard and at very good level. The room are equipped with Nespresso machine and few coffee capsule. The room was spacious, bed comfortable. There is a very large and high quality TV in the room. There is a tram stop 100 m from the hotel, which is the best way to explore city center

Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton swabs…) are not provided beforehand, we have to request. Slippers are not available. We stayed on the floor right below the bar floor, there was noise and footstep even after 10pm.

Beautiful hotel , lovely decor , friendly efficient staff , bar is gorgeous , so is restaurant , price was great ! My room was fab , loved the Nespresso coffee machine , loved the cool welcome of music playing in my room as I entered and a welcome note written for me on the TV screen 🙂 , room was modern had everything you need , quiet , bed was ultra comfortable , lived how I could cast from my phone to the TV , an all round exceptional stay 😊😊😊

The breakfast room was a madhouse! We were there during Xmas market time and the city was packed and so was the breakfast room. Food was just OK and the coffee was maybe that.

Nice modern business hotel well away from the city center but major tram stop across the street for easy access. the rooms were a little small but very efficiently laid out. nice rooftop bar. Parking was easier than the website said.
